Source text - English During the test period, in addition to test of recycling/production techniques, there will be monitoring of the operation’s possible effect on the surroundings. A proposal to control program is reported in appendix 2 and include both studies regarding extracted products (oil, gas, coal dust), emissions to air and waste. The operation is not expected to cause any emissions to water. Also, the operation’s noise situation will be measured.
NSR’s chemical register will be supplemented with the chemical products that are utilized at the test operation as stated in NSR’s report to county administrative board (länsstyrelsen), which is the regulatory authority.
Present terms for NSR’s operation on the facility include storing of chemical products (term 5), treatment of polluted materials (term 10), noise (terms 23, 24), control (term 25), operation instructions (term 26) and smell (term 30). NSR assesses that current terms are substantially sufficient to ensure that the planned test operation can operate without any risk to human health and environment.
County administrative board (länsstyrelsen) also has, if necessary, the possibility to establish additional terms regarding control of operation amongst other things.
Regarding control of operation, NSR will follow the decision that is reported in the report in appendix 1.
If disturbances from the operation occur to surrounding areas, NSR will immediately stop the operation at the facility, investigate reasons for the problem, propose arrangements and after consultation with regulatory authority, take necessary actions before resuming with the operation.
Translation - Swedish Under försöksperioden kommer, förutom test av själva återvinnings-/tillverkningstekniken, uppföljning att göras av
verksamhetens eventuella påverkan på omgivningen. Ett förslag till kontrollprogram redovisas i bilaga 2 och
omfattar både undersökningar av utvunna produkter (olja, gas, kolpulver), emissioner till luft och avfall. Några
utsläpp till vatten bedöms inte verksamheten ge upphov till. Även verksamhetens eventuella bidrag till
bullersituationen kommer att mätas.
NSR:s kemikalieförteckning kommer att kompletteras med de kemiska produkter som utnyttjas i
försöksverksamheten enligt vad som angivits i NSR anmälan till länsstyrelsen som är tillsynsmyndighet.
Nuvarande villkor för NSR:s verksamhet på anläggningen gäller bl a förvaring av kemiska produkter (villkor 5),
behandling av förorenade material (villkor 10), buller (villkor 23, 24) kontroll (villkor 25), driftinstruktioner (villkor
26) och lukt (villkor 30). NSR bedömer att gällande villkor i huvudsak är tillräckliga för att säkerställa att även den
planerade försöksverksamheten kan bedrivas utan risk för människors hälsa eller miljön.
Vid behov har länsstyrelsen även möjlighet att fastställa ytterligare villkor beträffande bl a kontroll av
verksamheten.
Beträffande kontrollen av verksamheten åtar sig NSR att följa det förslag som redovisas i anmälans bilaga 1.
Om störningar från verksamheten skulle uppstå för omgivningen åtar sig NSR att omedelbart stoppa driften av
anläggningen, undersöka orsaken till problemen, föreslå åtgärder för att undvika störningar och efter samråd med
tillsynsmyndigheten vidta nödvändiga åtgärder, innan driften återupptas.

Since I graduated in Sweden I have had the opportunity to travel and live abroad. I have traveled and experienced most countries in both Europe and Asia and lived and worked for a longer period of time in England, Australia and now Thailand. When I chose to study in Bangkok the reasons were that I could continue to live abroad, learn a new language, experience a new culture and get the chance to get a good education. Now, eight years later I have settled down and live a quite life with my son and girlfriend.
Apart from traveling, other interests that are important to me are sport and music. Sport, particular football is something that I have participated in since I was very young. At the moment I am team captain for a Scandinavian football team based in Bangkok. Team-sports are what I prefer to play even if I occasionally exercise tennis and table-tennis. My interest for music at the moment endures mostly listening, festivals and concerts even if when I was younger I practiced different kinds of instruments and also singing.
