The date of this certificated must be no older than 6 six months prior to the request of the certificate. In the case of foods, you can include up to 6 products in the same certificate. All products to be registered have to be detailed.
SANITARY CERTIFICATION OF THE MANUFACTURING PLANT or COPY OF THE OPERATION LICENSE: It should be issued by the HEALTH Authorities and should clearly specify the activities of manufacturing or distribution for which it was authorized to operate.
Translation - Spanish CERTIFICADO DE VENTA LIBRE: un certificado que declara que sus productos se aceptan para su venta libre en su país. Este certificado debería emitirse por sus AUTORIDADES DE SALUD y debe llevar el sello de un consulado panameño.
La fecha de este certificado no debe tener una antigüedad superior a 6 meses en relación a la solicitud del certificado. En el caso de alimentos, podría incluir hasta 6 productos en el mismo certificado. Debe detallar todos los productos que desee registrar.
