Presentation / Background

I started translating 8 years ago, partly due to my passion for languages and also because I am a bilingual Portuguese and German native speaker. It quickly became more than a hobby and nowadays it is my full-time job, having already translated hundreds of projects for direct clients and agencies, not only between my native languages but also from English into these two languages.

My specialization areas are the result of my education as well as knowledge and experience I've been collecting over time - I'm a musician and music teacher and I hold the Master in music pedagogy at the University of Évora. I have also been learning and applying Electronics for many years now. Further I have advanced knowledge and experience about Computers and IT in general.
