Bio
I was born in Lisbon, Portugal, and grew up speaking English French and Portuguese.
I took a Translation Course in Lisbon and worked as a in-house translator/editor for a total of 18 years.
My translation background is very eclectic although I could say that I specialized in the pharmaceutical field. Worked for Roche, Pfizer and other pharmaceutical companies as an in-house translator.
Projects: In-vivo and In-vitro studies
Proficient at mechanical translation.
Projects: Volvo User's Manual and General Motors' database involving automobile parts.
I also translate any type of source that demands a bit of creativity and localization.
Projects: Nespresso Magazine and the European Film Festival brochures.
