Source text - Chinese 1、 焊架可安装在离墙面约40cm处，用膨胀螺丝固定在地面上(高焊架LDHJ-2500机型顶部用固定也需要固定更安全），调整焊架大概垂直于地面。
Translation - English 1. The Welding Rack can be installed about 40cm away from the wall surface, and secured onto the ground with expansion screws. (for the high rack model LDHJ-2500, the top should be also secured for better safety). The Welding Rack should be adjusted to ensure roughly vertical to the ground.
2. Power Supply: Welding Rack uses single phase 220 V. The inlet port is connected with 1.5 - 2.0 square millimeters cooper wires, to the left of the terminals on the right of the distribution cabinet, where 49 and 50 are marked (see Picture 1). The bottom of the Welding Rack must be grounded (see Picture 2).
3. Water Supply:
Under the distribution cabinet behind the Welding Rack there are 4 distributed pipes. The terminal with a switch is the inlet for water supply, and the other terminal is outlet for water supply, which water is used for cooling the running Welding Rack. Before the commencement of operation of Welding Rack, it must be checked and ensured that he cooling water flows normally (see Picture 3).
4. Air Supply: the Welding Rack is pneumatic. Before operation, an air compressor must be installed to supply 0.6-0.8Mpa air pressure. An air pipe with outer diameter of 8mm is connected to the inlet of the air filter of the Welding Rack (at the lower left of the distribution cabinet, please fill the engine oil). When the air valve is opened, the head lifting/lowering cylinder of the Welding Rack will move up (see Picture 4).
