I
am Shiori, a Japanese freelance translator, mainly working on medical documents
English>Japanese. I have English diploma (Japan College of Foreign
Languages, Japan) and will get Human science bachelor's degree (University of
human arts and sciences, Japan) next spring in March 2020. Since I have learnt medical subjects at university, my areas of expertise are oncology, cardiology
and gastroenterology and have translated English documents of such as clinical
trials, patient reports, package inserts and patient recruitment materials.
These documents come from pharma brands via
some Japanese translation agencies. My preferable types of documents are Clinical Study Report, Investigator's Brochure,
Case Report Form, and Protocol.
