Source text - German Die Inhibition von Histondeacetylasen (HDACs) stellt eine neue Herangehensweise in der Behandlung von Krebs dar. Die Histone sind das Kerngerüst der Nukleosomen und die Acetylierung bzw. Deacetylierung dieser Histone spielt in der Regulation der Genexpression eine Rolle. Deacetylierte und somit positiv geladene Histone interagieren stark mit dem negativ geladenen Phosphatrückgrat der DNS und inhibieren die Transkription, wahrscheinlich weil dadurch der Zugang von Transkriptionsfaktoren und der RNSPolymerase zur DNS begrenzt wird.
Translation - English Inhibition of histone deacetylases (HDACs) presents a new approach in the treatment of cancer. Histones are the core support structure of the nucleosomes and the acetylation or deacetylation of these histones plays a role in the regulation of gene expression. Deacetylated, and consequently, positively charged histones interact strongly with the negatively charged phosphate backbone of the DNA and inhibit transcription, probably because this restricts transcription factors and RNA polymerase from accessing the DNA.

Bevor das Bauteil in der Faltschachtel abgepolstert wird, wird zum Schutz ein spezieller ESD-Schutzbeutel eingesetzt, sodass keine elektrostatischen Entladungen das Bauteil schädigen können.
Zur Entnahme des Bauteils sind vor Ort die erforderlichen ESD-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen einzuhalten.
Translation - English Electronic modules (e.g. devices or components with open printed circuit boards) that come in direct contact with the packing material must be packed ESD-safe (Electostatic discharge-proof). A special ESD protective bag is used for protection before the component is padded in the collapsible box, so that no electrostatic discharges damage the component.
