Working with Nana was a pleasure. She’s very friendly and easy to talk to. You can ask her whenever you need clarifications during the translation. It was a plant tour and so she got nervous at first because it wasn’t her usual setting, but she picks up fast and was able to enjoy interpreting for me during the tour. It was my first time alone in Japan and she helped me navigate the city going home and she always has an answer to my inquiry. She does more than her job and very considerate of my situation. Overall, I am very grateful for her service.
