English term

In-person intake days for..

English to Spanish Law/Patents Law (general)
I would like to know the best translation of this phrase from American English into Latin American Spanish.

Colleagues from Spain, feel free to send me your suggestions as well.

It's a translation of a document about public health meeting.

Is okay to translate it as dias de admision en persona para partipantes calificados.....? o perhaps jornadas de acogida?

This is for Latin American People living in The United States of America and Americans readers.

Here is the full paragraph for your review:

In-person intake days for qualified participants will be held on the following dates, times, and locations below:

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

On the questionnaire, you will be asked to provide
the approximate amount of your monthly income as
well as the approximate value of your assets. These

this program.
