My first thought to answer was 'conductors'. But this is what you find in related standards...You can switch between En and Sw in the two references below.
This is the IEC standard in En only where they have "the labelling of cables and cores/conductors used in industrial installations", which to me says you can use either conductor or core.
Your context seems to be telling you that you need to identify each wire (conductor) in a multi-core cable and its connection to the terminal block
