Looks as though I have Swedish from Finland.
Is a delägarbolag a partnership or something else? If it is a partnership, how does it differ from a 'partnerskap', please?
TIA asap

Partnership of co-ownership
I'd say that partnership is when two or more persons share a business enterprise, whereas a co-ownership refers more to a shared asset, such as a house.
I would decide which one of these two to use, depending on your text.

corporation
To take an example from Finland:
This news item http://sv.yle.mobi/nyheter/ekonomi/ns-ydsv-151110 says that Fiskars owns a share of Wärtsilä, which is a delägarbolag.
Wärtsilä's information for investors in the English version of its own site refers to Wärtsilä here http://www.wartsila.com/,en,investors,0,generalcontent,8E80D...
as a corporation.

: could be, but corporation doesnt define the special nature of the term (ie too general)

jointly owned company
Could be a 'joint venture' -- though usually this term is used in whatever language the other text is in (though not always).
Could be a partnership, though there are other words for this, so probably not.
Could be a partnership interest, or the interest of limited partnership.
So in general terms, I would suggest "jointly owned company" -- something which is not precise but is descriptive; unless you have more specific information in the text as to what it actually is.
