Swedish to English Medical Medical: Cardiology patient notes

This is at the end of the "Åtgärd" section where it describes medicines patient is put on before being sent home. The "Vårdförlopp" section gives a few numbers for things like sodium, potassium, proBNP, etc.

It's the "ant" that's bothering me. No mention of smoking, etc. anywhere so the alkohol, etc. translation isn't appropriate. I wondered if it could mean "numbers" (referring to abovementioned numbers given).
