Swedish to English Tech/Engineering Telecom(munications) Rembo vessel

Not quite sure what this is talking about. Document = competition for innovations, one being 'the optimisation of Rembo', talking about 'Rembo-kärlen' and attempts having been made to modify the 'innehållsmätare'.

Presuming that it's a Rembo vessel of some sort, would innehållsmätare be a 'contents gauge', or does anyone know whether a specific word is used? I'm trying to be precise if possible.
