You are right Noha, I totally forgot about midyear vacation. I hope someone can tell us when will it begin & end.
Another point, it's OK for me 1pm, however, I'd rather prefer to make it earlier, let's say 12pm even not 11. What about this?

It's only 1 week left. Thank you so much Samah for the invitation. I actually do not know what others prefer, if all of you are interested in attending WATA's meeting we can postpone ours. I personally prefer we keep ours as we previously agreed unless you prefer something else. Please let me know ASAP. Thank you

I hope to attend our meeting, but it is so difficult especially WATA’s meeting will be in the mooring in Garden city as Mr. Abo baker said. Also, WATA’s meeting will be very useful for us.

I am glad that it now seems I will really be able to attend. I will arrive to Egypt 9 January (i s A) so the chances are very good. What worries me is that odd competition between the two gatherings. After all I guess some if not most of us would like to use this rare opportunity to meet as many colleagues as possible. Would it not be a beautiful gesture to try to accomodate "the other"? Can I place this suggestion before the organizers? Could we change the hour or the day as to make it possibl... See more I am glad that it now seems I will really be able to attend.
