You must be a taxpayer - a person or organization (such as a company) subject to a tax on income and have an Identification Number, a reference number issued by a government to its citizens | | | I don't know it it exists in Poland | Sep 6, 2017 |
...but in Spain there is a company named Factoo that allows you to raise invoices without being registered in the tax office.
Good luck!

Correct me if I am wrong-Right now I am freelancer without my own business activity.
I am a Polish taxpayer and I can work on a fee-for-task agreement where you have to pay taxes and social security premiums or on a contract for a specific task agreement.
So in this case I still cannot issue invoice. Am I right?
How can I cooperate with them?
Many thanks in advance

I think you need to wait for some answers from Polish colleagues (or colleagues who know about the rules in Poland). Normally, I'd think it's simply a matter of issuing an invoice, receiving the money and declaring it for tax purposes. But, of course, the details will be different from country to country.

You can do that in the UK, but not in France of Spain - those countries I know about. In those two, you can work through a factoring company (if that's the word - portage in French) and that might be fine with clients, but they do of course charge for their services.. | | |

You should either check the relevant regulations in your country yourself or ask a professional or local tax office. | | | Country specific | Sep 6, 2017 |

Your tax office would have the answers to any questions on invoicing. Some relevant issues might relate to part-time freelancing under Polish law, invoicing technicalities (Polish invoices, EU invoices, invoices sent outside the EU, withholdings and VAT), tax registration requirements for a freelance business if any... as the colleagues have already said, we can only SHARE experiences for the countries we know. Advice has to be qualified.
