Hallo allerseits,
Ich bin ein paar Tage in dem schönen Städtchen Germersheim (Weiterbildung) und würde mich freuen, bei der Gelegenheit ein paar KollegInnen zu treffen - bei einem Glas oder einem netten Abendessen.
Wir treffen uns also im Wirtshaus Rebstöckel, Marktstrasse 11, in Germersheim, um 19:30.
Ich komme gern, um mich als ziemlicher Neuling bei ProZ mit anderen Mitgliedern auszutauschen. Ich hoffe nur, dass das Wetter mir keinen Streich spielt. Ich komme von Grünstadt, was nicht gerade u m die Ecke ist.

Greetings AnneMarie, And thank-you for your willingness to host a powwow in Germesheim! Unfortunately this is very short notice and I'm really not sure I can make it. I'd like to visit Germesheim. One of my best English students is studying there! I'll let you know as soon as I can, whether I can make it or not.

Bonsoir Anne-Marie, C'est une fantastique idée, malheureusement je ne serai pas assez disponible pour faire un petit "pélerinage" à Germersheim dont je garde d'excellents souvenirs ! Dear Anne-Marie,
Thank you so much for inviting me to this powow. I would've come if I weren't travelling on 16 December and with so many things to sort out beforehand. Last year I attended a training week for interpreters in Edinburgh (also my home town) and met a few students from Germersheim there - they were very friendly. I wish you a great time there, and will hopefully cross your path at a future powow!

Hallo Anne-Marie,
Da ich in der Nähe von Germersheim wohne (60 km), wäre es für mich kein Problem, dieses Treffen kurzfristig einzuplanen. Wäre auch mein erstes Powwow, womit ich ziemlich gespannt bin Vorschläge zu Locations kann ich leider keine machen, da ich selbst auch noch nie direkt in Germersheim war.

Much appreciate the invitation, Anne-Marie - how nice to feel connected to other translators in the region! Since I'm moving flat in the next two weeks from Brühl (near Mannheim) to Heidelberg, I've got my hands full at the moment. But a meet-up some other time would be fun! Hallo allerseits, auf Vorschlag von Christiane habe ich einen Tisch im Gasthaus Rebstöckel reserviert. Derzeit habe ich einen Tisch für 6 reserviert, aber es können noch mehr kommen.
Ich persönlich bin auf alle Fälle da; eventuell stösst mein Mann dazu. Ihr könnt also gerne einen "Anhang" mitbringen
