Source text - Slovenian Ponudnik mora izpolnjevati vse v tej točki navedene pogoje. Za dokazovanje izpolnjevanja pogojev mora ponudnik priložiti dokazila, kot so navedena pri vsakem zahtevanem pogoju. Če ni v teh navodilih za posamezne dokumente drugače določeno, zadošča predložitev kopij zahtevanih dokumentov. Obrazci izjav ponudnika so del razpisne dokumentacije. Izjave ponudnika morajo biti pisne, podpisati jih mora odgovorna oseba ponudnika, in žigosane.
Translation - English The tenderer must fulfill all criteria stated in this chapter. In order to prove fulfillment of the criteria, the tenderer must submit evidence of each criterion. The tenderer may submit copies of the required documents, unless otherwise specified for individual documents in these instructions. Forms of statements of the tenderer shall be part of the contract documents. The statements of the tenderer must be submitted in written form, signed by the representative of the tenderer and stamped.
