Each member of management is responsible for creating an atmosphere free of discrimination and harassment. Additionally, employees are responsible for respecting the rights of their coworkers.
If you experience any job-related harassment based on your sex, race, color, religion, age, national origin, disability, status as a Vietnam-era or special disabled veteran, sexual orientation, or status in any group protected by federal, state or local law, or believe that you have been treated in an unlawful, discriminatory manner, you are required to promptly report the incident to your supervisor, or another member of management, who will report the incident to the Company Owners. The Company HR Consultant will investigate the incident. If you believe it would be inappropriate to discuss the matter with your supervisor, or if your supervisor is the offending party, you may report the incident to any other member management. Your complaint will be kept confidential to the extent possible.
If the Company determines that an employee is guilty of harassing another employee, appropriate disciplinary action will be taken against the offending employee up to and including termination.
Employees who have experienced conduct that they believe is contrary to this policy are required to take advantage of the complaint procedure. An employee's failure to fulfill their obligation could affect his or her rights in pursuing legal action.
Kept Confidential prohibits any form of retaliation against any employee for filing a bona fide complaint under this policy or for assisting in a complaint investigation. However, if after investigating any complaint of harassment or unlawful discrimination, the Company determines that the complaint is not bona fide and was not made in good faith or that an employee has provided false information regarding the complaint, disciplinary action may be taken against the employee who filed the complaint or who gave the false information up to and including termination.
The Company, to the extent possible, will maintain the confidentiality of information received as a result of the charge and the investigation.

Cada miembro de la administracin es responsable por crear un ambiente de trabajo libre de discriminacin y acoso. Adems, todos los empleados son responsables por respetar los derechos de sus compaeros de trabajo.

I have been an in-house translator and interpreter most of my past jobs with assignments which vary from Naval Military Service, Immigration Law Enforcement, Administration of Human Resources and administrative assignments in a Public Health Organization. For the past ten years I have also been a Free-lance translator and interpreter. My work experience includes more than 10 years as an Immigration Inspector and 20 in management of Human Resources (Recruitment,Testing, Selection, Classification, and Benefits). I specialize in the translation of Knowledge Test Materials, product and assembly manuals, Employment Manuals, Safety and Operation Manuals, news releases and letters. Experienced in translation of brochures and instructions dealing with environmental issues and public health.
The documents I translate include documents dealing with government regulations, business documents, forms, and flyers, as well as Birth Certificates, Divorce Decrees, Newsletters, Contracts & Agreements, Instruction Manuals, Testing & Marketing Materials.
My rates are negotiable and based on size and urgency of the job, as well as the level of technicality. Special rates provided to not-for profit agencies. I charge a minimum rate for small projects and one time jobs, unless the per-word charge is higher. My rates for interpretations, both via phone and in person, are based on a per hour rate.
My translations are based on actual job experience and in the knowledge of sales and consumer marketing gained through ownership and management of small businesses.
