Source text - English 5.2 Subject to the terms of this agreement, on award of the Certificate the Client will become entitled to use the Logo in marketing its Product but not for any other purpose, including without limitation marketing any other product or service. Whenever used by the Client, the Logo must be used and/or reproduced in exactly the manner specified in Schedule 1 to this agreement (or, as the case may be, in the relevant Registration Agreement). The Logo shall be used in such a manner that all words contained in the Logo are clearly legible. No modifications of the Logo are permitted, nor shall the Logo be used in any way which might prejudice its distinctiveness or validity or the goodwill of the Company, nor shall the Client use any other logo or trade name so resembling the Logo as to be likely to cause confusion or deception.
