About Us
The Japan Central Asian Business Council (JCABC) is a non-profit, independent, non-political and membership-based organization with a permanent secretariat in Tokyo, Japan. The Council members are Japanese and Central Asian business companies, associate companies/organizations and interested individuals.
JCABC aims to reinforce economic ties between Japan and Central Asia and to serve as a vehicle in representing its member’s interests on trade and investment policy issues before the Central Asian and Japanese governments.
The JCABC endeavors to provide a cost-effective and on-going support for commercial and social networking opportunities to Japanese and Central Asian business companies.
The JCABC will undertake its roles and responsibilities through its Head Office in Tokyo, Japan. Moreover, establishment of Chapters all throughout Central Asian countries- Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan in 2007 and 2008, is also being planned.

Mission

Increase membership value among the council members by disseminating information and providing them learning opportunities that will improve their knowledge and understanding in doing trade, commerce and investment in Central Asia and Japan.
To establish and strengthen existing working relationships with different sectors of society - the government, business, and non-profit organizations. This effort shall promote understanding, encourage economic cooperation and spawn greater insights on trade and investment opportunities that are beneficial to the Council.

Exchange opinions, represent common views of Members on business issues and provide a united voice.
Consultation
Update the members’ knowledge on Japanese and Central Asian general economic trends and market intelligence.
Advise on various legal, administrative, trade and investment issues as well as specific business practice issues or projects.
Marketing
Provide key Japanese and Central Asian private sector and government with list of contacts.
Update members on current business situations, major trade shows, as well as, Japan and Central Asia-related business conferences.
Promote member companies' corporate image, products and services.
Advocacy & Mediation
Offer conciliation service in business disputes through the Conciliation and Dispute Settlement Mechanism.
Prepare position papers on pressing and relevant trade policy issues and likewise provide inputs on such upon government request.
Lobby before the concerned governments for favorable legislations and help to formulate policies through submission of recommendations coupled with action plan.
Public Affairs
Organize luncheon meetings, forums, lectures, conferences, panel sessions, exhibits, trade missions and seminars for information campaign and promotion of business opportunities between Japan and Central Asian countries.
Publications
The Council will create and publish a quarterly Bulletin and other informational and promotional materials which document with important and relevant business information, facts, business opportunities, as well as the Council’s activities and plans. These documents will be published in Japanese, English, Uzbek, and Russian languages.
Human Resources
Provide technical assistance to the members in finding the needed manpower in their companies. Set up database of potential job seekers in Japan and Central Asian countries to facilitate efficient job matching.
Market Research: Conduct research studies with regard to issues of interest to the Japanese business community in Central Asian countries. The Council is planning to set up a Research Center on Japan Central Asian Business Study.
Other activities: Conduct of other activities not specified in the preceding parts but deemed appropriate by the Japan Central Asia Business Council in furthering its objectives, shall also be undertaken.

5. The Council will hold sector-specific "Business Opportunities in Central Asia" that tackles various business sectors- energy, telecommunications, tourism, textile agriculture and agro-food, etc.
6. Members will have unique opportunities to interact with their Central Asian business counterparts and decision-makers and likewise participate in an exclusive networking and business development opportunities.
7. Regular savings and discounts are offered to the JCABC membership. The JCABC members can benefit from a reduced ticket to Tashkent flying with Uzbek Airways. In addition, reduced rates are available to the JCABC members staying at several hotels and restaurants throughout Central Asia.

Требование о возврате денежных средств по контракту о кессоне «***»
Благодарим за сотрудничество и надеемся на продолжение партнерских отношений.
В связи с расторжением контракта о купле-продаже кессона, называемого «***», наша компания выразила просьбу о возврате уплаченных по контракту части денежных средств, а именно 200 000 долларов США и 25 000 000 йен из необходимых к оплате согласно контракту 65 000 000 йен. С сожалением извещаем Вас о том, что указанная сумма на данный момент не была возвращена.
По данному факту наша компания провела собственное расследование. В результате данного расследования выяснилось, что по причине того, что на момент 18-го сентября 2009-го года уплата не была внесена в полном размере, владелец указанного дока (***) расторг контракт о купле-продаже судна, в связи с чем мы обнаружили факт мошенничества со стороны филиала Вашей компании.
А именно, выяснилось, что Ваша компания как минимум уже на момент июля 2009-го года заключила контракт о купле-продаже кессона «***» с индонезийским покупателем, не поставив в известность ни нашу компанию, ни являющуюся владельцем компанию ***.
На основании данного контракта выяснилось также, что корейская буксировочная компания и индонезийская компания-покупатель были в известности о заключении контракта между японской и индонезийской сторонами. (Данный контракт нами получен.)
Таким образом, Ваша компания представила уже проданный другой стране кессон «***» в качестве своей собственности и неоднократно требовала внести дополнительную сумму в счет сделки.
На основании данных требований наша компания 17-го сентября 2009-го года внесла дополнительную сумму в размере 25 000 000 йен.
Очевидно, что этот факт, выходящий за пределы категории торговой сделки, является фактом мошенничества.
До нынешнего момента наша компания с намерением мирного разрешения вопроса выразила просьбу о возврате уплаченной по контракту суммы в полном размере.
В связи с этим наша компания потребовала представить копии квитанций об уплате Вашей компанией компании *** суммы в размере 68 000 000 йен, внесенных в счет уплаты по договору о купле-продаже указанного кессона «***», являющегося предметом сделки между Вашей компанией и компанией ***, и других документов, что не было выполнено.
Наша компания вела переговоры с намерением мирного решения вопроса в духе доброй воли путем возврата в полном размере уплаченной Вашей компании суммы, не оформляя факт уплаты денег после расторжения контракта в качестве факта мошенничества.
С момента происшествия прошло 5 месяцев.
Однако со стороны Вашей компании до нынешнего момента нет ни малейших признаков стремления мирного урегулирования ситуации.
В связи с этим наша компания требует удовлетворительного официального ответа по данному вопросу не позднее ... ... 2010-го года.
Мы также ставим Вашу компанию в известность, что если до указанного срока нами не будет получен удовлетворительный официальный ответ, наш адвокат обратится в японские контролирующие органы полиции и прокуратуры с просьбой уголовного расследования по факту мошенничества; к обращению мы приложим служащие доказательством документы.
В заключение, мы еще раз подтверждаем свою готовность к мирному урегулированию данной ситуации.

Chapter 1
General Provisions
Name
Article 1
1.1 The Association, hereinafter referred to as “the Council”, shall be named Japan-Central Asia Business Council.
Main Office
Article 2
2.1. The Council shall have its main office in Tokyo, Japan.
Mission

3.1. To provide a forum for ideas, opportunities and establishment of networks that will encourage exchange of trade, industry and investment between Japan and Central Asia.
3.2. To improve the current business relations of Japan and Central Asia towards the realization of their full business potentials.

Chapter 2
Membership
Types of members
Article 6
6.1. Membership shall consist of Corporate Members, Associate Members, Honorary Members, Individual Members and Non-Voting Members.
6.2.The corporate membership shall consist of three categories - large companies, medium-sized companies and small-sized member companies.
6.3. The associate membership shall consist of government agencies, business associations, regional business groups, and other similar organizations.
6.4. Honorary membership shall be individuals selected by the Board of Directors from among persons of learning and experience in the business community as recommended by the Chairman.
6.5. Individual membership shall consist of entrepreneurs, scholars, students, and other individuals who are interested in contributing and developing Japan Central Asia business relations.
6.6. Non-voting members are volunteers, who are interested in contributing to and fostering Japan and Central Asia business relations.
Admission to the Council
Article 7
7.1. The Board under procedures stipulated separately, shall approve the membership of every individual who wishes to join the Council.
7.2. A Corporate Member who is joining the Council can endorse or register one up to three representatives depending on his contribution to the Council. While Associate, Honorary and Individual members can register one representative.
7.3. A new representative shall be registered whenever there is a change in Member representative.
Rights of the Members
Article 8
8.1. Members may express to the Chairman their opinions and views regarding the management and operation of the Council.
8.2. Members shall be sent copies of the Council journals, bulletins and other materials. They may attend committee meetings and other meetings likewise participate in the activities listed in Article 5.
Enrollment and membership fees
Article 9
9.1. Members are obliged to pay enrollment and membership fees set by the General Assembly.
Withdrawal
Article 10
10.1. Any Member desiring to withdraw from the Council may do so by following the procedures described separately and by sending notification of withdrawal.
10.2. In the event that one of the following cases applies to a Member, that Member shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the Council:
-When a Member corporation is dissolved or declared bankrupt;
-When the membership fee is not paid during one year;
-When a Member dies or is declared to have disappeared.
Expulsion
Article 11
11.1 In the event that one of the following cases applies to a Member, that Member may be expelled from the Council, provided that such a decision is made at a General Assembly by a minimum of two-thirds vote of the total membership:
-When a Member violates the Articles of Incorporation or other rules of the Council;
-When a Member commits an action that damages the reputation of the Council;
11.2. In the event that a Member is to be expelled in accordance with the previous clause, the said Member shall be notified prior to expulsion, and shall be given the opportunity to defend himself at the General Assembly where his case is being decided upon.
Rights and Obligations in the Event of a Loss of Membership Qualification Article 12
12.1. In the event that a Member loses his membership qualification in view of the previous two articles, that Member shall lose all rights conferred by the Council and be relieved of all the Council obligations. However, unpaid fees shall be collected, and no refund shall be made for paid enrollment fees or membership fees.
Chapter 3
Board Members, Secretariat Staff and

Article 14
14.1. The Chairman shall be elected by the General Assembly.
14.2. The Chairman shall represent the Council, and convene and chair General Assemblies, and Board meetings.
Election and Duties of the Directors and Executive Directors
Article 15
15.1 The Directors for each committee shall be elected by the General Assembly from among the Member representatives and the Honorary Members.
15.2. The Directors shall make up the Board of Directors and shall determine the management of operations.
Election and Duties of the Executive Directors
Article 16
16.1. The Executive Director of Secretariat shall be elected by the General Assembly and endorsed by the Board of Directors.
16.2 The Executive Director shall assist the Chairman and will be responsible for regular financial and legal operations of the Council (other authorities or powers for the Executive director will be defined later by the Board). Moreover, in the absence or impediment involving the Chairman, he shall perform the duties and responsibilities of the Chairman.
Election and Duties of the Auditors
Article 17
17.1. The Auditors shall be elected by the General Assembly from among the Member representatives. However, as duly provided for in the Civil Code, this position is not open for members of the Board.
17.2. The Auditors shall audit the financial status of the Council and the performance of the Secretariat.
17.3. In the event that the Auditors discover any irregularity in the financial status of the Council or in the performance of the Secretariat, they are expected to report such discrepancy to the General Assembly.
17.4. The Auditors may attend meetings of the Board and express their opinions.
Election and duties of the Directors of the Central Asian Chapters
Article 18
18.1. The Directors of the Chapters in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan shall be elected by the General Assembly and endorsed by the Board of Directors.
18.2. The Directors of the Central Asian Chapters are responsible for all their Chapter’s activities.
Term of Office
Article 19
19.1. Officers shall have a two-year term. However, re-election shall be permitted.
19.2. An Officer of the Council who has already submitted his resignation or whose term of office has expired, shall be in a hold-over capacity until such time that his successor assumes office.
19.3. An Officer elected to fill a vacated position, shall hold office only for the remainder of his predecessor's term. This provision shall also apply in the event of an increase in the number of Officers.
Chapter 4
GENERAL ASSEMBLIES
Convening of General Assemblies
Article 20
20.1. There shall be two types of General Assemblies- Regular General Assembly and Emergency General Assembly.
20.2. General Assembly shall be held once each year, while Emergency General Assemblies shall be convened due to any of the following conditions:
- When the Chairman deems it necessary;
- When the Committee passes a resolution for an Emergency General Assembly;
- When one-fifth or more of the Members request for it in writing stating the reason;
- When all of the Auditors request for such in writing stating the reason.
20.3. Convocation of a General Assembly shall be announced in writing at least 15 days in advance, giving the date, time, location and purpose of the General Assembly.
Authority of the General Assembly
Article 21
21.1. The General Assembly shall deliberate and decide upon matters determined separately by these Articles of Incorporation, as well as matters deemed by the Chairman to be of special importance.
Quorum, Resolutions and Voting
Article 22
22.1. Except when determined separately by the Articles of Incorporation, decisions reached by the General Assembly shall be made by a simple majority of Members present, constituting a quorum that shall be at least one-half of the total number of Members. In the event of a tied vote, the Chairman shall cast the deciding vote.
22.2. General Assembly decisions may be made only concerning matters that have been given previous notification. However, this stipulation does not apply in situation where a minimum of two-thirds of the Members present agree on the urgency of some other matter being introduced to the proceedings.
22.3. A Member may exercise his right to vote through a proxy, provided that the proxy presents to the Council a written notice attesting to his right of proxy for that specific General Assembly.
Right to vote
Article 23
Large corporative members shall be entitled to three (3) votes, medium-sized corporate members shall be entitled to two (2) votes and the other Members shall be entitled to one vote on each General Assembly resolution.
Minutes
Article 24
24.1. The following matters of the General Assembly proceedings shall be recorded in the Minutes:
- The time and location;
- The current number of Members;
- The number of Members present (including Members mandating proxy voters);
- Resolutions;
- Summary of proceedings;
- Matters concerning the selection of signatories to the Minutes.
24.2. The Minutes of the General Assembly shall be signed by the Chairman and two attending Members, and retained at the Council.
CHAPTER 5
MEETINGS OF THE OFFICERS AND OTHER OFFICIALS
Types of Meetings
Article 25
25.1. There shall be two types of Officers' meetings- Board and Executive Directors Meetings and Central Asian Chapter Directors’ meetings.
Authority of meetings of the Committee
Article 26
26.1. The Board of Directors shall deliberate and decide upon the following types of basic matters that are deemed particularly important for the management and operation of the Council, as well as matters determined separately by these Articles of Incorporation:
- The implementation of matters determined by the General Assembly;
- Matters deemed to require submission for deliberation at a General Assembly;
- Other matters concerning the implementation of operations that do not require a decision from the General Assembly.
Quorum, Resolutions and Voting at Board and Executive Directors Meetings
Article 27
27.1. Decisions taken during a meeting of the Board and Executive Directors shall be made by a simple majority of members of the Board present, constituting a quorum that shall be at least one-half of the current number of committee members as duly provided for in the Civil Code. In the event of a tied vote, the Chairman shall cast the deciding vote.
Minutes of Board and Executive Directors Meetings
Article 28
28.1. The following matters shall be recorded in the Minutes:
- The time and location;
- The current number of Directors;
- The number and names of Directors (including Directors mandating proxy voters);
- Resolutions;
- Summary of proceedings;
- Matters concerning the selection of signatories to the Minutes.
28.2. The Minutes of meetings of the Board shall be signed by the Chairman and Secretary, and retained at the Council.
Composition and Authority of Central Asian Chapter Directors’ Meetings
Article 29
29.1. Procedures of Central Asian Chapter Directors’ Meetings will be defined by General Assembly.
Directors of Central Asian Chapters may answer inquiries and present their opinions to the Chairman.
Honorary Chairman
Appointment and Authority of the Honorary Chairman
Article 30
30.1. The Council may retain an Honorary Chairman.
30.2 Honorary Chairman shall be appointed by the Chairman from among retired Chairmen, provided it is approved by the Board of Directors.
30.3 The Honorary Chairman may answer inquiries and present his opinions to the Chairman. He may also attend Board and Executive Directors’ meetings and express his views and opinions as well.
CHAPTER 6
ASSETS AND ACCOUNTING
Composition of Assets
Article 31
31.1. The assets of the Council shall consist of enrollment fees, membership fees, revenues accruing from the assets, revenues earned from operations and other activities.
Management of Assets
Article 32
32.1. The assets of the Council shall be managed by the Chairman and the Executive Directors. Procedures for such management shall be determined by the Committee.
Payment of Expenses
Article 33
33.1. The expenses of the Council shall be paid from the assets.
Business Year
Article 34
34.1. The business year of the Council shall commence on April 1 each year and end on March 31 of the subsequent calendar year.
Report of Operations, Balance Sheet and Inventory of Assets
Article 35
35.1. After the end of each business year, the Chairman without delay, shall compile the Council’s operations report, a balance sheet and an inventory of assets. After which, these shall be audited by the Auditors, who then submit such to the General Assembly for deliberation within 60 days after the end of the applicable business year.
Special Account
Article 36
36.1. For the implementation of operations in Central Asian countries, the Chapters of the Central Asian countries may establish sub-accounts accountable to the Council Head Office.
Appropriation of Surplus Balance of Revenues and Expenditures
Article 37
37.1. In the event that there is a difference between the amount of revenues and the amount of expenditures of the Council, all or part of the difference shall be reserved or carried over to the subsequent business year after approval of the General Assembly.
CHAPTER 7
AMENDMENTS TO THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION, DISSOLUTION OF THE ORGANIZATION, AND DISPOSAL OF ASSETS
Amendments to this Articles of Incorporation
Article 38
38.1. This Articles of Incorporation shall not be amended without the approval of a minimum of three-quarters of the total number of Members at a General Assembly.
Dissolution of the Council
Article 39
39.1. The Council shall be dissolved in the event of any of the following circumstances:
a) If it cannot realize any of its objectives
b) If it is declared bankrupt
c) If approval for its original establishment is rescinded
d) If a General Assembly approves its dissolution
e) If the membership is decreasing
39.2. For item 39.1.d, the basis for the dissolution of the Council shall be the approval of a minimum of three-quarters of the total membership at a General Assembly. Also, the approval of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry is also required.
Disposal of Remaining Assets
Article 40
40.1. In the event that the Council is dissolved, the remainder of its assets shall be donated to other corporate bodies or groups having objectives that are similar to those of the Council, provided that approval is granted by a minimum of three-quarters of the total Members at a General Assembly and by the Minister of International Trade and Industry.

About Us
The Japan Central Asian Business Council (JCABC) is a non-profit, independent, non-political and membership-based organization with a permanent secretariat in Tokyo, Japan. T The Council members are Japanese and Central Asian business companies, associate companies/organizations and interested individuals.
JCABC aims to reinforce economic ties between Japan and Central Asia and to serve as a vehicle in representing its member’s interests on trade and investment policy issues before the Central Asian and Japanese governments.
The JCABC endeavors to provide a cost-effective and on-going support for commercial and social networking opportunities to Japanese and Central Asian business companies.
The JCABC will undertake its roles and responsibilities through its Head Office in Tokyo, Japan. Moreover, establishment of Chapters all throughout Central Asian countries- Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan in 2007 and 2008, is also being planned.

Mission
To provide a forum for ideas, opportunities and establishment of networks that will encourage exchange of trade, industry and investment between Japan and Central Asia.
To improve the current business relations of Japan and Central Asia towards the realization of their full business potentials.
To establish a mutual cooperation between business and public communities in Japan and Central Asian countries by representing Japanese business community’s interests before Central Asian governments and vice-versa.
Objectives
Establish and strengthen Japanese and Central Asian businesses in the Central Asia and Japanese markets by developing strategic business partnerships.
Promote progressive business policies, opportunities and growth for the business communities of Japan and Central Asia.
Increase membership value among the council members by disseminating information and providing them learning opportunities that will improve their knowledge and understanding in doing trade, commerce and investment in Central Asia and Japan.
To establish and strengthen existing working relationships with different sectors of society - the government, business, and non-profit organizations. This effort shall promote understanding, encourage economic cooperation and spawn greater insights on trade and investment opportunities that are beneficial to the Council.

Exchange opinions, represent common views of Members on business issues and provide a united voice.
Consultation
Update the members’ knowledge on Japanese and Central Asian general economic trends and market intelligence.
Advise on various legal, administrative, trade and investment issues as well as specific business practice issues or projects.
Marketing
Provide key Japanese and Central Asian private sector and government with list of contacts.
Update members on current business situations, major trade shows, as well as, Japan and Central Asia-related business conferences.
Promote member companies' corporate image, products and services.
Advocacy & Mediation
Offer conciliation service in business disputes through the Conciliation and Dispute Settlement Mechanism.
Prepare position papers on pressing and relevant trade policy issues and likewise provide inputs on such upon government request.
Lobby before the concerned governments for favorable legislations and help to formulate policies through submission of recommendations coupled with action plan.
Public Affairs
Organize luncheon meetings, forums, lectures, conferences, panel sessions, exhibits, trade missions and seminars for information campaign and promotion of business opportunities between Japan and Central Asian countries.
Publications
The Council will create and publish a quarterly Bulletin and other informational and promotional materials which document with important and relevant business information, facts, business opportunities, as well as the Council’s activities and plans. These documents will be published in Japanese, English, Uzbek, and Russian languages.
Human Resources
Provide technical assistance to the members in finding the needed manpower in their companies. Set up database of potential job seekers in Japan and Central Asian countries to facilitate efficient job matching.
Market Research: Conduct research studies with regard to issues of interest to the Japanese business community in Central Asian countries. The Council is planning to set up a Research Center on Japan Central Asian Business Study.
Other activities: Conduct of other activities not specified in the preceding parts but deemed appropriate by the Japan Central Asia Business Council in furthering its objectives, shall also be undertaken.

2. The Council has a full-time secretariat that will help you in finding potential business partners through the secretariat's connections and database.

4. The Council conducts Executive Speakers’ Program. This program organizes speaking forum in Central Asia and in Japan for senior executives of leading Japanese and Central Asian companies, raising profile, increasing awareness on bilateral business opportunities and fostering business initiatives.
5. The Council will hold sector-specific "Business Opportunities in Central Asia" that tackles various business sectors- energy, telecommunications, tourism, textile agriculture and agro-food, etc.
6. Members will have unique opportunities to interact with their Central Asian business counterparts and decision-makers and likewise participate in an exclusive networking and business development opportunities.
7. Regular savings and discounts are offered to the JCABC membership. The JCABC members can benefit from a reduced ticket to Tashkent flying with Uzbek Airways. In addition, reduced rates are available to the JCABC members staying at several hotels and restaurants throughout Central Asia.

Задачи
Японско-Центральноазиатский Деловой-Совет ставит перед собой следующие задачи:
- проведение форума для поддержки идей, возможностей и персональных контактов, способствующих развитию обоюдной торговли, промышленности и инвестиций между Японией и Центральной Азией.
- продвижение нынешних коммерческих отношений между Японией и странами Центральной Азии на новый уровень, который позволил бы выявить и реализовать реальный потенциал этих стран.
- создание полезного сотрудничества на взаимовыгодной основе между коммерческими и общественными организациями путем представления интересов японских Бизнес-организаций перед центральноазиатскими правительствами, также как и интересов среднеазитского Бизнеса в Японии.
Цели
Целями нашей организации являются следующие направления:
- Создавать и укреплять Бизнес между Японией и странами Центральной Азии на рынках этих стран путем развития стратегического партнерства. Содействовать прогрессивной коммерческой политике, возможностям и росту коммерческих обществ Японии и Центральной Азии.
- Культивировать ценность членства путем сбора, анализа и распространения информации. Предоставлять возможности для изучения, которое будет способствовать улучшению знания и понимания процесса торговли, коммерции и инвестиционной деятельности в Центральной Азии и Японии.
Устанавливать и стимулировать развитие ныне действующих отношений с различными секторами общества: правительством, Деловойом и некоммерческими организациями. Подобные усилия должны продвинуть понимание, поощрить экономическое сотрудничество и порождать большие понимания на торговых и инвестиционных возможностях, которые являются выгодными для Совета.
Деятельность
Форум:
Осуществлять обмен мнениями; формировать и разъяснять общие взгляды членов Совета по поводу коммерческих вопросов, а также перерабатывать их в единое мнение.
Консультирование:
Обновлять сведения членов относительно японских и центральноазиатских общих экономических тенденций, а также изменений рынка.
Консультировать по различным законодательным, административным, торговым и инвестиционным вопросам, также, как и в области специфических проблем и проектов.
Маркетинг:
Обеспечивать частный сектор и правительства Японии и Центральной Азии списком контактов и координат заинтересованных сторон.
Обновлять сведения членов Совета о текущей ситуации в Деловойе, крупных торговых выставках, а также о Бизнес-конференциях связанных с Японией и странами Центральной Азии;
Осуществлять поддержку корпоративного имиджа, продукции и услуг компаний – членов Совета;
Защита и посредничество
Мы предлагаем следующие услуги:
- Улаживать коммерческие споры через Механизм Примирения и Урегулирования Споров;
- Подготавливать позиционные деловые бумаги заинтересованных лиц по чрезвычайным вопросам, касающимся торговой политики и внедрять таким образом документацию в процесс переговоров с правительством;
- Воздействовать от имени Совета на правительства для создания благоприятного законодательства и помогать формулировать процедуры путем предостовления рекомендаций вместе с планом действия.
Общественные отношения
Организация ланчей, форумов. лекций, конференций, приемов, заседаний экспертов, выставок, торговых миссий и семинаров с целью информирования и стимулирования возможностей для развития Бизнеса между Японией и центральноазиатских стран.
Публикации:
Совет подготавливает и ежеквартально издает Бюллетень и другие информационные и подсобные материалы, суммирующие важнейшие факты и перспективы для Бизнеса, информацию о Бизнесе, а также планах и деятельности Совета. Эти документы публикуется на японском, английском, узбекском и русском языках.
Человеческие ресурсы:
Совет предлагает поддержку для членов Совета в поиске подходящей кандидатуры для их компаний, а также подходящих условий для соискателей работы в Японии или странах Центральной Азии.
Исследование рынка:
Совет проводит исследование и изучение проблематики возможных интересов для японского делового сообщества в центральноазиатских странах. Совет планирует также создание Исследовательского Центра по Изучению Бизнеса между Японией и Центральной Азией.
Иная деятельность
В дополнение к вышеупомянутому Совет проводит иную деятельность, которая может рассматриваться необходимой для достижения дальнейших целей Японско-Центральноазиатского Деловой- Совета.

Совет создает также специальный отдел «Коммерческие Перспективы в Центральной Азии», который призван искать пути решения разных задач в разных бизнес-секторах – энергетике, телекоммуникациях, туризме, текстильной промышленности, сельском хозяйстве и переработке продуктов сельского хозяйства и других сегментах.
6. Члены Совета имеют уникальную возможность взаимодействовать с их центральноазиатскими партнерами и ответственными за принятие решений лицами, и таким образом, учавствовать в сетевом общении по интресам, получая возможности для развития Бизнеса.
7. Членам Совета предлагаются регулярные экономичные цены и скидки. I came to Japan in 2005 to continue my studies and to obtain more profound knowledge of the Japanese culture and literature at Kyushu University, one of the well-known universities in Japan. I have been living and working in this wonderful country for more than 8 years now. My first job upon arriving was as a translator and translation soon became my hobby and my passion. I find it very interesting to translate a certain language to another without losing the originality of the context. The Japanese language is quite challenging to translate since has many levels of formality and courtesy that is adopted from the Chinese, and recently, from the English languages.
I can interpret Japanese into Russian and English, Russian into Japanese and English, English into Japanese and Russian. Currently, I am working for translation agencies as a freelance translator and a proof reader. The majority of the translation work I am handling is related to business, which includes business correspondence, contracts, business related certificates and documents. I have also done interpreting of machinery manuals, descriptions and other documents from Japanese to English while I was working for a Japanese machinery exporting company. In addition to this, I also translate diplomas, certificates, medical documentations and medical equipment descriptions, military concerned articles etc.
