Source text - English SUMMARY OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

With a view to reduce the probability of common cause failure of emergency spray system und the Emergency Core Cooling System (ECCS) during and after an incident of a LOCA type, the present project provides for the supply and installation, in Plant Unit 3, of a new design of thermal insulation of sections of pipes and equipment of the primary circuit within the containment building of South Ukraine Nuclear Power Plant (SUNPP).
These new items of goods and related services are regarded as an improvement of surface heat loss and enhancing safety features already in existence in the plant and are composed of insulation materials fully suitable for the purpose. The operation lifetime of the thermal insulation components presently in use has expired and needs to be replaced by products of a new design.
The project aims at replacing the thermal insulation of main circulation pipelines, main circulation pumps’ volutes, connecting pipe between pressuriser and the loop of primary circuit and the connecting pipe between ECCS hydraulic accumulator and reactor pressure vessel (RPV) (ECCS passive part), in the section from RPV to check valves.
The scope of the supply is the design, manufacturing, factory acceptance testing, certification, assistance in licensing, delivery, supervision of installation and testing, of the following goods:
Materials and equipment to manufacture and install thermal insulation at the primary circuit of Unit 3 at SUNPP
The scope of the supply also includes provision of documentation, training, maintenance and repair during warranty, development of quality assurance programme and of quality control procedures.
The supplies shall be qualified according to the Ukrainian requirements, which shall be confirmed with the corresponding certificates. The Supplier shall execute all stages of the project implementation according to the QA and QC Program developed by him and agreed with the Contracting Authority (Energoatom) and the End User (South Ukraine NPP).

С целью снижения вероятности отказа аварийной спринклерной системы и системы аварийного охлаждения активной зоны (САОЗ) по общей причине во время и после аварии с потерей теплоносителя (АПТ), этот проект обеспечивает поставки и монтаж на Блоке № 3 станции теплоизоляции новой конструкции для секций трубопроводов и оборудования первого контура в здании гермозоны Южноукраинской Атомной Электростанции (ЮУ АЭС).
Эти новые продукты и связанные с ними услуги рассматриваются, как улучшение характеристик поверхностных теплопотерь и усовершенствование уже существующих на станции средств безопасности и изготовлены из изоляционных материалов, полностью подходящих для этой цели. Срок эксплуатации используемых в настоящее время компонентов изоляции истек, и они должны быть заменены изделиями новой конструкции.
Проект нацелен на замену теплоизоляции главных циркуляционных трубопроводов, «улиток» главных циркуляционных насосов, соединительного трубопровода между компенсатором давления и петлей первого контура и соединительного трубопровода между гидронакопителем САОЗ и камерой давления реактора (КДР) (пассивная часть САОЗ) на участке от КДР до обратных клапанов.
В объем поставок входит: разработка, изготовление, заводские приемочные испытания, помощь в лицензировании, доставка, контроль монтажа и испытаний следующих товаров:
Материалы и оборудование для изготовления и монтажа теплоизоляции первого контура Блока № 3 на ЮУ АЭС.
Объем поставки включает также предоставление документации, обучение, обслуживание и ремонт в течение гарантийного периода, разработка программы обеспечения качества и процедуры контроля качества.
Поставки должны квалифицироваться в соответствии с Украинскими требованиями, что должно подтверждаться соответствующими сертификатами. Поставщик должен выполнить все этапы внедрения проекта в соответствии с Программами Обеспечения и Контроля Качества, разработанными им и согласованными с Подрядной организацией (Энергоатом) и конечным потребителем (Южноукраинская АЭС).
