With over a decade of industry experience as a translation buyer, project manager (APM qualified) and translator I strive to ensure all my clients are delighted with the quality of my work, and the experience of working with me.

My passion for technology, the latest gadgets and sewing leads me to pursue more technical projects as well. I especially love an opportunity to bring all my interests together and produce all product content, including user documentation, online help and marketing materials to really ensure a seamless user experience. The ‘geek’ in me means I also enjoy software localisation and am comfortable helping my clients to resolve and prevent internationalisation issues.
As a former PM, I have witnessed too many companies propagate costly errors across dozens of languages by failing to internationalise their source English content. Consequently, I offer my clients support with authoring their content by reviewing the source English (any variant, UK/US etc) from a multilingual perspective.
