В ходе переговоров, которые Вы провели с Еленой Богомоловой, обсуждались критерии успешности проекта по модернизации Системы (Quotation A027-10-2017 и Quotation A006-05-2017).
В Контракте N01285-024-10601-EN O на поставку Сортера (далее – Контракт) были заявлены следующие показатели:
Шаттлы, на один шаттловый пролет 500 коробов на ввод и 500 коробов на вывод в час
(DC/час) @ 100%
Поперечный ленточный сортировщик: 15000 поперечных лент/час 25000 изделий/час с предварительной сортировкой
Производительность подъемника - 500 коробов в час
По результатам анализа производительности согласно отчетам VISION.BPI HDS Performance за март 2017 года установлено, что ни один из показателей не соответствует заявленным в Контракте на поставку.
Так, средние показатели HDS1- HDS5 на выход составляют от 46 до 52 коробов, на вход – от 42 до 52 коробов (эти данные зафиксированы в сводной таблице, представленной в первом вложенном файле). Такая производительность значительно ниже заявленного в Контракте, то есть менее 500 коробов почти в десять раз.
При этом производительность выемки коробов из HDS достигала показателя чуть выше 200 коробов только в 3 случаях (по HDS1 – 0, HDS2 – 0, HDS3 – 0, HDS4 – 3, HDS5 – 0).
В подтверждение наших выводов прилагаем скрин-шоты отчетов VISION.BPI HDS Performance за месяц работы – март 2017 года (представлены во втором вложенном файле).
С целью достижения заявленных в Контракте показателей в Приложении №1 к Договору №01285-02 (в соответствии с коммерческим предложением A027-10-2017), внесены дополнения с указанием критериев успешности такой модернизации.
В Приложении №1 к Договору №01285-01 (в соответствии с коммерческим предложением A006-05-2017) мы также обозначили критерии успешности этой модернизации.
В обоих Приложениях мы установили максимальный срок выполнения работ, с учетом всех возможных доработок.
Договоры и другие приложения (кроме приложения №1) остаются без изменений в редакции, которую мы ранее с Вами согласовали.
Высылаем Вам все документы (договоры и приложения №2, №3 к ним – без изменений и приложения №1 – с нашими дополнениями), просим рассмотреть изменения Приложений №1.
Просим сообщить имя нового менеджера проекта ТВОЕ (Чехов) со стороны Vanderlande.

During the negotiations that you held with Elena Bogomolova, the criteria of success of the project on modernization of the System were discussed (Quotation A027-10-2017 and Quotation A006-05-2017).
In Contract No. 01285-024-10601-EN O for supply of the Sorter (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) the following indicators were declared:
Shuttles with capacity per one shuttle bay of 500 boxes for inlet and 500 boxes for outlet per hour
(DC/hour) @ 100%
Transverse strip sorter:
15000 transverse strips/hour
25000 products/hour with pre-sorting
Elevator capacity — 500 boxes per hour
As per results of capacity analysis according to the reports of VISION.BPI HDS Performance for March 2017, it was established that none of the indicators correspond to those declared in the Supply Contract.
Thus, the average indicators HDS1-HDS5 for outlet vary from 46 to 52 boxes, and for inlet they are between 42 and 52 boxes (these data are fixed in the summary table presented in first attached file). Such capacity is much lower than the one declared in the Contract, i.e. it is almost tenfold less than 500 boxes.
At the same time, productivity of box taking out from HDS reached a little more than 200 boxes only in 3 cases (by HDS1 — 0, HDS2 — 0, HDS3 — 0, HDS4 — 3 and HDS5 — 0).
In support of our conclusions, we attach screenshots of VISION.BPI HDS Performance reports for one month of operation — March 2017 (they are presented in second attached file).
In order to achieve the indicators specified in Appendix No. 1 to Contract No. 01285-02 (in accordance with Commercial Proposal A027-10-2017), we made amendments indicating criteria of success of such modernization.
In Appendix No. 1 to Contract No. 01285-01 (in accordance with Commercial Proposal A006-05-2017), we also outlined criteria of success of this modernization.
In both Appendices, we set a maximum deadline for completion of the work taking into account all possible improvements.
The contracts and other appendices (except Appendix No. 1) remain unchanged in the wording, which we previously agreed with you.
We send you all the documents (contracts and Attachments No. 2, No. 3 to them without changes and Appendix No. 1 with our amendments). We ask you to review the changes in Appendix No. 1.
Please indicate the name of the new manager of TVOE project (Chekhov) from the Vanderlande side.
