In the event that the premises is occupied by multiple occupants, Party B shall notify the information of all the occupants to Party A, who should compile an occupant register which should be submitted to the Service Station as per the requirements. Where this Contract is altered or terminated, Party A shall, within 5 days as of the date of alteration to or termination of this Contract, go to the Service Station for Non-Beijingers and Premises Lease at the Community where this premises is located to handle the formalities of alteration and cancellation. In the event of alteration to the occupants within the term of validity of this Contract, Party B shall, within 2 days as of the date of alteration, notify the Service Station of such changes and handle the formalities of alteration.
Party A shall urge and assist Party B in handling of the Temporary Residence Permit with the local police for non-Beijingers among the occupants by providing relevant proof; (Party A/√Party B) shall, within 24 hours as of execution of this Contract, go to the local police station to handle the formalities of accommodation registration for the foreigners among the occupants.
Where the lease purpose is not residing, Party A shall, within 30 days as of the date of execution of this Contract, go to the Premises Administration Department of the region where this premises is located to handle the formalities of recording the lease of this premises.

Source text - English GOLD MODULAR PLANT DETAILS AND ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECT
a) Only one(1) of 12.5 TPH (Tonne per Hour) gold modular plant will be purchased for this mining investment.
b) The gold modular plant will consists of a crasher, conveyor belt, gold separating unit and a gold modular room.
c) Usage of the gold modular is as follows: (Crasher is to crush the gold ore to size of 200mm so that it can be put on the conveyor belt which will in turn feed into the gold separating unit and finally when the gold nuggets are ready it will be stored inside the gold modular room for re-melting into gold bars or for selling directly to the local gold buying agents.)
d) As our gold mining operations is carried out on the surface and we are using the gold modular plant for processing of gold, we will not be polluting the rivers and environments. Therefore for this project we will not create any environmental pollution.
e) At the end of the 3 years joint-venture, 60% of the factory which includes equipment, factory, offices, laboratory, fence, gates, wells, lighting systems, and low-voltage battery shall belong to
3S Investments and Trading P/L and 40% will go to Hoang Nam Bridge and Road Construction Company Ltd as per Joint-Venture Agreement signed with Hoang Nam Bridge.

f) 3S Investments and Trading P/L will divide the 60% proceeds with the Investor according to Profit sharing ratio.
