I am a native English speaker with over 20 years of experience living, studying and working in French. I completed my translation studies (certificate and graduate diploma) at McGill University, Canada in 2008. Over the last ten years, both within and outside the framework of my academic programs, I have translated and revised texts on health, commerce, politics, tourism and current events as well as PowerPoint presentations on mental health and financial metrics, office correspondence and management communiqués.

Prior to and during my studies, I was an Operations Manager in Montréal for an international telecommunications company and have also on various occasions been an ESL teacher in Québec, Canada, Nepal and Argentina.

I am passionate about language and translation is the perfect outlet; it is rewarding and captivating, similar to a puzzle that can’t be put down until all the pieces are perfectly in place.
