Cuando ésta toma el punto justo, y tiene un color oscuro, se la enfría un poco y comienza a estirársela y amasársela en forma continua hasta que adquiere el color marfil típico de este caramelo especial.
Translation - English The alfeñiques are made with cane honey, sugar, and glucose. It is cooked in a pan until it becomes a paste or dough. When it reaches the right texture and turns a darker color, it is chilled a little. Begin to stretch and knead in the same way until it becomes ivory in color, which is typical of this special candy.
