Margaret was once more in her morning dress, travelling quietly home with her father, who had come up to assist at the wedding. Her mother had been detained at home by a multitude of half-reasons, none of which anybody fully understood, except Mr. Hale, who was perfectly aware that all his arguments in favour of a grey satin gown, which was midway between oldness and newness, had proved unavailing; and that, as he had not the money to equip his wife afresh, from top to toe, she would not show herself at her only sister’s only child’s wedding. If Mrs. Shaw had guessed at the real reason why Mrs. Hale did not accompany her husband, she would have showered down gowns upon her; but it was nearly twenty years since Mrs. Shaw had been the poor pretty Miss Beresford, and she had really forgotten all grievances except that of the unhappiness arising from disparity of age in married life, on which she could descant by the half-hour. Dearest Maria had married the man of her heart, only eight years older than herself, with the sweetest temper, and that blue-black hair one so seldom sees. Mr. Hale was one of the most delightful preachers she had ever heard, and a perfect model of a parish priest. Perhaps it was not quite a logical deduction from all these premises, but it was still Mrs. Shaw’s characteristic conclusion, as she thought over her sister’s lot: “Married for love, what can dearest Maria have to wish for in this world?” Mrs. Hale, if she spoke truth, might have answered with a ready-made list, “a silver-grey glacé silk, a white chip bonnet, oh! dozens of things for the wedding, and hundreds of things for the house.”

Source text - English DEALERSHIP AGREEMENT (EXTRA UE)
1. Appointment of the Distributor
1.1. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Principal hereby appoints the Distributor as sole and exclusive distributor for the Products in the Territory and the Distributor hereby accepts such appointment.
1.2. During the validity of this Agreement
a) the Principal shall supply the Products to the Distributor on a continuous basis, and
b) the Distributor shall purchase the Products from the Principal for advertising, marketing and selling in the Territory only.
2. Sole and exclusive distributorship
2.1. During this Agreement
a) the Principal shall neither appoint any other Distributor for the Products in the territory nor sell any Product to any customer located in the Territory and shall promptly refer to the Distributor any and all the commercial inquiry received by a customer located in the Territory, and
b) the Distributor shall promptly refer to the Principal any and all the commercial inquiries it may receive for sale of the Products outside or export from the Territory.
3. No sale or Export outside the Territory
3.1. The Distributor (i) shall neither export nor advertise and sell the Products outside the Territory; and (ii) shall set the Products to customers with their registered place of business in the Territory, for consumption and use in the Territory itself only.
3.2. For this purpose the Distributor when selling the Products in the Territory, shall make clear in its standard terms and conditions of sale that (i) the Products are sold for consumption and use only in the Territory under the authorization of the Principal and cannot be re-exported outside the Territory and to the European Union, and (ii) any sale agreement between the Distributor and its customers in the Territory does not imply the Principal’s authorization to re-export the Product within the European Union.

1. Nomina del Distributore
1.1. In base ai termini e alle condizioni stabiliti nel presente Contratto, il Concedente nomina il Distributore come unico ed esclusivo distributore per i Prodotti nel Territorio e per mezzo di questo contratto, il Distributore accetta tale nomina.
1.2. Durante la validità del presente Contratto
a) il Concedente fornirà i Prodotti al Distributore su base continuativa, e
b) il Distributore acquisterà i Prodotti dal Concedente solo per la pubblicizzazione, il marketing e la vendita degli stessi nel Territorio.
2. Distribuzione unica ed esclusiva
2.1. Durante il presente Contratto
a) il Concedente non nominerà nessun altro Distributore per i Prodotti nel territorio né venderà alcun Prodotto a qualsiasi cliente situato nel Territorio e riferirà tempestivamente al Distributore tutte le richieste commerciali ricevute da un cliente situato nel Territorio, e
b) il Distributore riferirà prontamente al Concedente tutte le richieste commerciali che potrà ricevere per la vendita dei Prodotti al di fuori del Territorio o per la loro esportazione.
3. Divieto di vendita o Esportazione al di fuori del Territorio
3.1. Il Distributore (i) non dovrà né esportare né pubblicizzare e vendere i Prodotti al di fuori del Territorio; e (ii) destinerà i Prodotti ai soli clienti con sede legale nel Territorio, per il consumo e l'utilizzo nel Territorio stesso.
3.2. A tal fine il Distributore, nel vendere i Prodotti nel Territorio, dovrà chiarire nei suoi termini e condizioni di vendita standard che (i) i Prodotti sono venduti per il consumo e l'utilizzo solo nel Territorio sotto l'autorizzazione del Concedente e non possono essere riesportati al di fuori del Territorio e nell'Unione Europea e che (ii) qualsiasi contratto di vendita tra il Distributore e i suoi clienti nel Territorio non implica l'autorizzazione da parte del Concedente a riesportare il Prodotto all'interno dell'Unione Europea.
