I am a Spanish (and French) to English specialist: MA Translation (QUB); BA Interpreting and Translating (HW). Also, MEd (QUB); PGCE (QUB); TESOL (Trinity College); Business English (LCCI). 


I have wide ranging experience in the following fields of translation/interpreting/editing/voiceover: international development and human rights; literary; theatre for performance; audiovisual; journalism; finance; medicine; engineering; environment; education; tourism; and legal.

I have translated contemporary Spanish playwright Juan Mayorga's La lengua en pedazos (Torn).

I have worked at major international sports and tourism events as a media translator, interpreter and transcriber: World Sailing Championships; Expo Zaragoza; London 2012; Panamerican Games.

I have excellent communication, writing, time management and editing/proofreading skills, and I am accustomed to going the extra mile to accommodate the best needs of the client.
