I have a passion for language and bridging the communication gap between people, businesses, and cultures. I focus on English/Porturguese translation projects involving legal and business content. I also work with individuals, translating documents such as birth, marriage, divorce, and death certificates, wills, diplomas, school transcripts, medical records, etc.

I often serve as a volunteer translator for TED and other social and grassroots organizations and I love the opportunity it gives me to bring important issues to the forefront and make a difference in the world.

I attended college in Brazil, studying Law and, in 2009, I moved to St. Louis, MO, in the United States, to pursue my ESL education. I found my life and my home in St. Louis and still live in the area, where I got married and have two lovely kids.

My legal background is a great asset when translating contracts, proposals, and court records, as well as business content.

I divide my time between my work and my pursuit of continuing education and hope to help you with your translation needs in English into Portuguese or Portuguese into English.
