摘要:【目的】对大豆维生素E及其组分进行遗传和QTL分析,研究其遗传机制,定位其主效QTL。【方法】以栽培大豆晋豆23为母本, 以山西农家品种大豆灰布支黑豆(ZDD02315)为父本杂交衍生的447个RIL作为供试群体构建遗传图谱, 利用高效液相色谱法定性、定量测定样品中的大豆维生素E及其组分含量。采用主基因+多基因混合遗传分离分析法和WinQTLCart 2.5复合区间作图法、QTLNETwork 2.1混合线性模型分析方法,对大豆维生素E及其组分进行主基因+多基因混合遗传分析和QTL定位,分析QTL间的上位性和环境互作效应。
Translation - English Inheritance and QTL Analyses of Soybean Vitamin E and Its Components
Abstract: [Objective] Inheritance and QTL analyses of soybean vitamin E and its components were carried out to study its inheritance mechanisms and to locate its main QTLs. [Methods] Soybean cultivar “Jindou 23” (female parent) and a Chinese black bean landrace from Shanxi (ZDD02315) (male parent) were crossed to generate 447 RILs, which were used as the test population to construct an inheritance map. The contents of soybean vitamin E and its components in the samples were quantitatively and qualitatively determined using high performance liquid chromatography. Genetic segregation was used to identify mixed major genes and polygenes, whereas composite interval mapping and mixed linear models were used to perform QTL mapping of soybean vitamin E and its components, with the goal of investigating epistasis and environmental interaction effects among QTLs.

Albumins in serum were initially defined as those pro¬teins soluble in water in the absence of salts, in contract to globulins, which are insoluble under such conditions.
