Source text - Arabic . يتعين حل أي خلاف ينشأ بين طرفي العقد بسبب تنفيذه أو تفسيره ودياً، فإذا تعذر ذلك فيعرض النزاع1 على لجان العمل المختصة في مدينة جدة.
2. تحتسب المدة في هذا العقد بالتقويم الميلادي.
3. يقر الطرف الثاني بأنه لا توجد لديه أي أمراض مزمنة، وأن الوثائق المقدمة منه صحيحة ومكتملة، وفي حالة ظهور خلاف ذلك يحق للطرف الأول إنهاء هذا العقد.
4. الالتزام التام بأوقات الدوام الرسمي.
5. يتعين على الطالب ألا يعمل لصاحب عمل آخر يعد منافساً في المملكة العربية السعودية بعد انتهاء هذا العقد لأي سبب لمدة ستة شهور.
6. . يقر الطرف الثاني بأنه قد سبق له قبل التوقيع على هذا العقد الاطلاع على ما جاء في لائحة تنظيم العمل المعمول بها لدى الطرف الأول وأنه ملتزم بما جاء فيها.
Translation - English 1- Any dispute arises between both parties as a result of the contract’s execution or its construction shall be settled amicably, failing that, the dispute shall be submitted to the ad hoc labor committees in Jeddah.
2- The Term in This Contract shall be counted by the calendar year.
3- The Second Party declares that they do not have any chronic disease and the submitted documents are true
and complete, if otherwise, the First Party is entitled to terminate this contract.

6- The Second Party acknowledges their prior acquaintance with the applicable regulation governing the work for the First Party before signing this contract and commits what is set forth therein.

1.1.
The Company agrees to perform for the Client the services listed in the Scope of Services as set out in Exhibit A attached hereto and executed by both the Client and the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). To enable the Company to fulfil the Services in accordance with this Agreement, the Client undertakes to provide the Company with any information regarding the Client, as reasonably required by the Company from time to time.

La découverte d’un fémur de 48 cm dans une grotte de Crimée indique que des oiseaux de 3,5 m de hauteur et de 450 kg (le poids d’un ours polaire) cohabitaient avec les premiers Homo, en Europe, il y a 1,8 million d’années.
Ce 3e plus gros oiseau jamais découvert était,
bien plus que les précédents, taillé pour la course, afin d’échapper aux nombreux prédateurs alors présents sur le continent.
