Bio

I am a freelance translator and interpreter, Portuguese mother language (variant European/PT).

My working languages are Italian, French, and Portuguese, specializing in legal and technical.
I was raised in a bi-lingual family by my Italian father and Portuguese mother. My Nationality: Italian and Portuguese.
Born in Rome, I moved to live in Portugal where I completed my schooling and University education.

Experienced category management, product development, buyer, and sales for more than twenty years in the Retail business. (Fields of expertise: footwear, accessories, and sporting goods). 
In 2016 I decided to make a career change to the translation industry, having concluded my master’s degree in Translation and Linguistic Services at the University of Porto in 2018.

Degree in International Relations (1990-1995) and master’s degree in Translation and Language Services (Italian - C2 Level, French - C2 Level) of the University of Porto (European Masters in Translation – EMT Network) (2016-2018)

I join the list of translators and interpreters of the Italian Embassy in Portugal.
I am a member of AITI (Italian Association of Translators and Interpreters) n. 220066 and APTRAD (Association of Translation and Interpreting Professionals in Portugal) n. 441.
