Source text - English A challenging year
The year now ending saw a completely different weather. A weather which is not very friendly. Indeed, it has been raining cats and dogs for several months. This situation is further unpleasant because we spent hundreds of hours working on a very important project whose deadline is fast approaching. Besides, for the past three days, my computer has been arguing with me, refusing to work. To speed the work, I had to rush to nearest colleagues given that the weather was too bad for me to drive to the office and I was conscious of the fact that that we needed everyone’s hands on deck to get complete the project in time. We made some progress but there are many mountains yet to climb. I must say racing through the day was a marathon run for me, but it is worth the effort. If there is one thing I have learnt after almost two decades in this position, it is that when you are quick to throw the towel, you never learn the value of working hard for success. Moreover, people tend to play your tune in the future when you show them you are ready to dance with them in the first place.

Translation - English Peace: is it mean absence of war?
The relationship between peace and its opposite (conflict, anger, etc.) is one of the keys to many doctrines or policies, which is fundamental though not usually explicit. It ought to be said that it is the common interest in development that is rooted in prosperity. Therefore, the economy cannot be defined solely according to the principle of the well-being of a few individuals, but of all individuals and societies. And for a good reason. Peace between nations is the goal of many states, men and especially the UN organisation that works for peace, a concept that cannot be a permanent state. Those who believe they have acquired it in this way demonstrate a real incapacity in their minds to reach a pragmatic intelligence. Hence, Man remains stuck on archaic theories and practices and cannot raise his skills and capacities to a more rational and structural mindset.
