Carlos, a native of Puerto Rico, earned a B.A. in Secondary Education-Spanish from the University of Puerto Rico-Ro Piedras. He then moved to the United States to pursue a Master of Divinity degree at Cranmer Theological House, which is presently based in Houston, Texas.
Carlos has vast experience as a community and conference interpreter in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.
