Source text - English EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT AGREEMENT
PARTIES:
This Employment Contract Agreement (hereinafter referred to as The “Agreement”) is made as of this _________ (the effective date) by and between the Accounting Manager (As employer) and
__________(as a part-time employee/transcriber). The parties agree and covenant to be bound by the terms view sets in this Agreement as follows:
1. Employee duties:
a. As transcribers should have time minimum of 4-5 hours/day to do transcription.
b. If the transcriber is unable to do transcription they should notify their supervisor and fill out a list of absences along with reasons they can.
c. If transcribers can’t do their job 3x without permission, they will be removed from this project.
d. If accuracy is below 50%, we will give time to improve the accuracy, but if until 3 times the accuracy is still the same, they will be removed from this project.
e. Transcribers must have a PayPal account.
f. Transcribers are prohibited from copying, reprinting, or distributing any tasks in this project. The tasks in this project are confidential.
2. Employer Duties:
a. Give monthly (about the accuracy, effective hour, and payment) reports before the pay date.
b. Your monthly payment will be calculated from the 21st of the current month to the 20th of the next month. In other words, the closing book is on the 20th for payment next month.
c. Payment date between 26th -30th /month.
a. Please note the name you signed in your PayPal account must same as your bank account b. A total amount of over 1000 USD will be paid to your bank account.
This is because there is a limitation (1000 USD) we can pay to you via PayPal within one month so we have to pay you via bank transfer
c. Please note Multiple Network Solutions will take care of the transaction fee for making the transfer to you, but will not be responsible for any fees charged by intermediary banks or receiving bank/platform
By signing this employment contract, both parties (employer and employee) have agreed to the points mentioned above.

MGA PARTIDO:

k. Kung ang tagasalin ay hindi makapagtrabaho ng tatlong beses ng walang pahintulot, maaari silang matanggal sa proyekto.
d. Kung ang ganap na kawastuan ay mababa sa 50 porsyento maaaring pang bigyan ng pagkakataon ang tagasalin ng hanggang tatlong beses upang pagbutihin ang trabaho ngunit kung ang kawastuan ay ganun parin, maaari ng matanggal ang tagasalin sa naturang proyekto.
e. Ang isang tagasalin ay dapat mayroong PayPal account.
f. Ipinagbabawal sa mga tagasalin ang pagkopya, muling pag-printa, o pamamahagi ng anumang mga gawain sa proyektong ito. Kumpidensyal ang mga gawain sa proyektong ito.
2. Mga Tungkulin ng Tagapamahala:
a. Magbigay ng buwanang (ulat batay sa kawastuhan, wastong oras, at bayad) bago ang petsa ng sahod.
b. Ang buwanang sahod ay kakalkulahin mula ika-21 ng kasalukuyang buwan hanggang sa ika-20 ng susunod na buwan. Samakatuwid, Ang buwanang bayad ay kakalkulahin hanggang ika-20 ng kasulukuyang buwan para sa pagbibigay ng sahod sa susunod na buwan.
k. Ang Petsa ng pagtanggap ng bayad ay sa pagitan ng ika-26 hanggang ika-30/buwan.

Sa pamamagitan ng pagpirma ng kontrata sa trabaho na ito, ang parehong partido (Tagapamahala at Tagasalin) ay sumasang-ayon sa mga puntong nabanggit sa itaas.
