In view of the TTF-1 +ve / Napsin-A +ve / p63 +ve immunoprofile, the lesión is best classified as a pulmonary adenosquamous carcinoma.
Tissue has been sent for further molecular analysis.
CLINICAL HISTORY
Core (x8) specimens LUL for histology. Aspirate LUL mass for MC+S including TB culture.
MACROSCOPY
Specimen "LUL mass in formalin* consists of fragmentad tissue cores, the longest measuring 4mm in greatest dimensión.
MICROSCOPIO EXAMINATION
Sections of the tissue cores show an invasive adenocarcinoma with a focal leipidic growth pattern. The invasive nests consist of atypical cells with hyperchromatic nuclei, small nucleoli, and surrounding palé eosinophilic cytoplasm. Intracytoplasmic mucin vacuoles are noted, There is distortion of the tissue architecture at the invasive front with an associated desmoplastic response and mild chronic inflammation. No obvious lymphovascular or perineural invasión is identified on the sections examined.

IMMUNOHISTOCHIMIE :
TTF1 : Positif de façon diffuse dans les cellules malignes
Napsin-A: Diffusément positif dans les cellules malignes p63 : positivité nucléaire focale dans les cellules malignes
Au vu du profil immunologique TTF-1 +ve / Napsin-A +ve / p63 +ve, la lésion est classée comme un carcinome adénosquameux pulmonaire.
Le tissu a été envoyé pour une analyse moléculaire plus poussée.
HISTORIQUE CLINIQUE
Prélèvements de carottes (x8) LUL pour histologie. Aspirer la masse du LUL pour MC+S y compris la culture de la TB.
MACROSCOPIE
Le spécimen "Masse de LUL dans le formol*" consiste en des noyaux de tissus fragmentés, le plus long mesurant 4mm dans sa plus grande dimension.
EXAMEN AU MICROSCOPE
Les coupes des carottes tissulaires montrent un adénocarcinome invasif avec un schéma de croissance leipidique focal. Les nids invasifs sont constitués de cellules atypiques avec des noyaux hyperchromatiques, de petits nucléoles et un cytoplasme éosinophile palé environnant. On observe des vacuoles de mucine intracytoplasmiques. Il y a une distorsion de l’architecture tissulaire au niveau du front d’invasion avec une réponse desmoplastique associée et une légère inflammation chronique. The Bahrain Raid Xtreme team has completed the 2022 Dakar with strong second and fourth places overall with Sebastien Loeb/Fabian Lurquin battling for the lead throughout the two week-long event over 8,500km across the world’s most inhospitable terrain. Argentine Orlando Terranova/Dani Oliveras came home in fourth, his best finish on the event in 16 starts. After a roll earlier in the rally for Nani Roma/Alex Haro they had great pace, but for the remainder of the event, they dedicated themselves to supporting Terranova and Loeb, by running behind on the stages in case they had a technical issues.
AKRAPOVIČ LAUNCHES TWO NEW EXHAUST SYSTEMS FOR ITS YAMAHA RANGE
Akrapovič has released the latest creations for its ever-expanding collection of products for the Yamaha range of motorcycles with the launch of the Racing Line (Titanium) for the 2022 Yamaha TMAX and the Slip-On Line (Titanium) for the 2022 Yamaha MT-10.
The use of lightweight materials creates a weight savings of 1.9 kg (21.9%) over the standard stock system. With an optimal throttle response, the deep and vivid Akrapovič sound of the simple plug-and-play installation – which requires no remapping – makes this a very engaging and rewarding addition to the 2022 Yamaha TMAX.
