Kein Ergebnis ist das schlechteste Ergebnis: Die US-Wahl gerät zum Kopf-an-Kopf-Rennen. Das führt zu Kampfansagen bei Republikanern und Panik bei Demokraten. Für die Wirtschaft ist die Unsicherheit toxisch.
Die blaue Welle ist ausgeblieben. Stunden nachdem die ersten Wahllokale an der amerikanischen Ostküste geschlossen wurden, ist völlig unklar, wer künftig im Weißen Haus regieren wird.
Dem Demokraten Joe Biden ist es bislang nur punktuell gelungen, den republikanischen US-Präsidenten Donald Trump in wichtigen Swing States in Bedrängnis zu bringen. Allerdings konnte der Amtsinhaber seinen Herausforderer auch nicht entscheidend abhängen. Am Ende des Wahltags in den USA ist das Rennen offen.

1. Naknada
(Naziv tvrtke) za korištenje platforme ne naplaćuje nikakvu naknadu. Dužni ste platiti naknadu samo ako ste Vi kao korisnik sklopili ugovor o najmu s vlasnikom pojedinog objekta (vidi točku B).
2. Sadržaj i sigurnost
Za sadržaj ponuđenih objekata na platformi (posebice informacije o objektu i pripadajuće fotografije), odgovoran je isključivo vlasnik objekta koji u slučaju najma postaje Vaš ugovorni partner. (Naziv tvrtke) djeluje samo kao posrednik između korisnika i vlasnika pojedinih objekata.
Preuzimanje i/ili pribavljanje informacija koje su dostupne na platformi u potpunosti je na vlastiti rizik korisnika.
Zabranjen je svaki oblik umnožavanja informacija dostupnih na platformi u komercijalne svrhe.
3. Odgovornost
Svaka odgovornost za štetu nastalu kao posljedica korištenja platforme isključena je u granicama dopuštenima zakonom.
4. Prava
(Naziv tvrtke) zadržava jednostrano pravo na promjene pojedinačnih funkcija platforme i/ili privremeno ili trajno ukidanje istih u bilo kojem trenutku i bez prethodne najave.
(Naziv tvrtke) također zadržava pravo pojedinom korisniku blokirati pristup platformi, ukoliko se utvrdi zlouporaba od strane tog korisnika.
