English to Portuguese translator specialising in games, technology & art, and beyond.

Playing games since childhood I have a solid experience in gaming and its terminologies.

I became interested in translation precisely in order to understand games that weren't in my native language, and that's led me to pursue it.

From there on, I started to diversify my areas of expertise - not only in translation, but also in editing and proofreading - working in fields such as programming and open source code softwares, comic books, game scripts or art design.

Professional Background:

I have worked in different areas. Within the last months, I worked as a voluntary translator for Indie games and technology companies. Gathering around 30,000 words translated.

I have translated, edited, localized, and proofread several types of genre of games, such as:
