Source text - French Dans ses antécédents, on notait un diabètecompliqué d’une insuffisance rénale terminale au staded’hémodialyse, une hypertension artérielle et une épilepsietraitées. Il était suivi pour une rechute de tubercu-lose macroscopiquement positive traitée par rifampicineet isoniazide. Une éruption profuse avec atteinte de lamuqueuse buccale et des ongles survenait 2 semainesaprès le début du traitement. L’examen clinique montraitdes plaques érythémato-squameuses polymorphes, à la foislichéniennes, psoriasiformes et eczématiformes, siégeantsur les membres, le dos et le tronc.
Translation - English His history included diabetes complicated by terminal renal failure at the hemodialysis stage, treated hypertension and epilepsy. He was monitored for a macroscopically positive tuberculosis relapse treated with rifampicin and isoniazid. A profuse rash with involvement of the oral mucosa and nails occurred two weeks after the start of treatment. Clinical examination showed polymorphic erythematosquamous plaques with lichenoid, psoriatic and eczematous features, located on the limbs, back and trunk.
