I am Novian Cahyadi, a freelance Indonesian translator and certified subtitler. I've been dedicating myself to this profession since August 2020. To maintain the quality of my work, I translate exclusively from English into Indonesian, of which the latter is my native language.

My portfolio includes subtitling projects for major American streaming services and production houses. Aside from entertainment industry, I also collaborated with international businesses and organizations to work on their corporate video content and written material.

To show my support for audiovisual translation training and research, I decided to join the European Association for Studies in Screen Translation (ESIST) in July 2022. ESIST has been contributing invaluable resources to everyone with interest in this field since March 1995.
