Source text - Polish 1. Przedmiot UMOWY
1.1. Przedmiotem Umowy jest produkcja i sprzedaż mebli, elementów mebli, wykonywanych z litego drewna, płyt MDF i płyt wiórowych fornirowanych, pokrywanych lakierem.
1.2. Wszystkie gotowe wyroby i elementy powinny być wyprodukowane zgodnie z rysunkami Kupującego.
1.3. Kupujący powinien dostarczyć przed rozpoczęciem produkcji odpowiednich wyrobów wszystkie dokumenty niezbędne do produkcji, o które poprosi Sprzedający, a szczególnie warunki jakościowe i technologiczne.
1.4. Sprzedający jest zobowiązany do przedstawienia dokumentacji technicznej do akceptacji przez Kupującego. Dokumentacja techniczna wraz z związanymi z nią prawami stanowi własność Sprzedającego.
1.5. Sprzedający będzie dostarczał Kupującemu towar (meble lub ich części) wskazany w zamówieniu. Kupujący odbierze towar i zapłaci umówioną sumę pieniędzy (cenę).
1.6. Ilość towaru, asortyment, ceny, warunki dostawy, ustalone będą w zamówieniach składanych przez Kupującego u Sprzedającego. Zamówienia będą potwierdzone przez Sprzedającego Fakturą Proforma.
Zamówienia i potwierdzenia są nieodłączną częścią Umowy.

1.3. The Purchaser shall provide all necessary production documents requested by the Seller, especially the quality and technology requirements.
1.4. The Seller shall be obliged to present technical documentation for the Purchaser’s approval. Technical documentation together with the applicable rights shall be the property of the Seller.
1.5. The Seller shall deliver the goods (furniture or its parts) to the Purchaser in accordance with his order. The Purchaser shall collect the goods and pay the agreed amount (price).
1.6. The quantity of goods, assortment, prices and conditions of delivery shall be settled in the orders placed by the Purchaser to the Seller. The orders shall be confirmed by the Seller by issuing a pro-forma invoice. The orders and confirmations shall be an integral part of the Contract.
