Source text - Russian 2.1. Агент по настоящему Договору обязан:
2.1.1. Обеспечить монтаж и демонстрацию предоставленных Принципалом рекламоносителей в соответствии с адресной программой, сроками размещения и иными условиями, предусмотренными настоящим Договором и Приложениями к нему.
2.1.2. Обеспечить монтаж рекламоносителей на рекламных конструкциях не позднее 3 (трех) дней с даты начала очередного периода размещения и демонтаж рекламоносителей не ранее 2 (двух) календарных дней до окончания периода размещения, указанного в Приложении 1 к настоящему Договору.
2.1.3. Обеспечить надлежащее состояние рекламоносителей, размещенных на рекламных конструкциях, в течение всего срока размещения. Под надлежащим состоянием понимается такое состояние рекламной конструкции и рекламоносителя, при котором содержащаяся на них информация может восприниматься потребителями рекламы в полном объеме.
2.1.4. Обеспечить подсветку (освещение) рекламных конструкций, в случаях, когда это необходимо в соответствии с правилами и нормами размещения (распространения) наружной рекламы в г. Москве (МО).
2.1.5. Обеспечить наличие разрешительной документации на размещение и освещение рекламных конструкций.
2.1.6. Осуществлять контроль за техническим состоянием (визуальный осмотр устранение недостатков) рекламоносителей и рекламной конструкции не менее 3 (трех) раз в неделю.
2.1.8. В случае обнаружения дефектов в состоянии рекламной конструкции или рекламоносителей:
- проинформировать об этом Принципала в течение 1 (одного) рабочего дня с момента обнаружения указанных обстоятельств;
- обеспечить устранение дефектов: в течение 3 (трех) рабочих дней с момента обнаружения дефектов - для бумажных рекламоносителей, и в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней - для виниловых рекламоносителей и рекламных конструкций.
2.1.9. В случае отсутствия у Агента запасных рекламоносителей по вине Принципала, последний предоставляет Агенту дополнительный рекламоноситель, при этом срок размещения на данной рекламной конструкции не продлевается. На время отсутствия дополнительного рекламоносителя на рекламных конструкциях может быть размещена иная информация. Непредоставление Принципалом дополнительного рекламоносителя в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней является отказом Принципала от размещения, что не освобождает Принципала от оплаты ранее согласованного периода размещения.
2.1.10. Выполнять требования государственных и/или муниципальных органов и организаций в процессе размещения рекламы, направляемых как Агенту, так и владельцам рекламных конструкций, на которых осуществляется размещение рекламоносителей в соответствии с настоящим Договором и Приложениями к нему, в том числе требования по размещению социальной рекламы.
Translation - English 2.1. Within this Contract the Agent is obliged to:
2.1.1. Provide installation and demonstration of the advertising vehicles, supplied by the Principal, according to the address program, placement terms and other conditions stipulated by this Contract and Appendixes hereto.
2.1.2. Provide installation of the advertising vehicles on advertising structures not later than 3 (three) days from the date of beginning of the next placement period, and de-installation of the advertising vehicles not later than 2 (two) calendar days before the end of the placement period, given in the Appendix 1 to this Contract.
2.1.3. Secure appropriate state of the advertising vehicles placed on the advertising structures during the whole placement term. The appropriate state means such a state of the advertising structure and advertising vehicle, when the information contained thereon can be fully perceived by the advertisement consumers.
2.1.4. Provide lighting (illumination) for the advertisement structures in the cases, when it is required by the rules and regulations of placement (dissemination) of outside advertisement in Moscow (ÌÎ).
2.1.5. Make the licensing documents for the placement and lighting of the advertising structures available.
2.1.6. Control the technical state (visual inspection, troubleshooting) of the advertising vehicles and advertising structures not later than 3 (three) times a week.
2.1.8. In case of detection of damages of the state of the advertising structure and advertising vehicles:
- to inform the Principal thereof within 1 (one) working day from the moment of detection of the specified conditions;
- to provide troubleshooting within 3 (three) working days from the moment of detection of damages - for paper advertising vehicles, and within 5 (five) working days - for vinyl advertising vehicles and advertising structures.
2.1.9. If the Agent does not have spare advertising vehicles because of the Principal, the latter provides the Agent with additional advertising vehicle; at that, the placement term of this advertising structure shall not be prolonged. Other information may be placed on the advertising structures for the time of absence of additional advertising vehicle. The failure to provide additional advertising vehicle by the Principal within 5 (five) working days is construed as Principal's refusal from placement, what does not free the Principal from payment of the previously agreed placement term.
2.1.10. Follow the requirements of city and/or municipal authorities and organizations during the advertisement placement process, which are forwarded both to the Agent and the owners of the advertising structures used for the placement of the advertising vehicles according to this Contract and Appendixes hereto, including the requirements for social advertisement placement.
