English to French: Sustainable urban development Detailed field: Environment & Ecology
Source text - English Sustainability is not an end goal but a dynamic process by which we learn and design cities that are secure, livable, capable, learning, healthy, and creative. This process is fundamentally participatory and inclusive. We focus on the assets from which cities can draw their strength. We highlight dynamic participatory processes in action. Experience provides us with knowledge to apply to the creation of homegrown local solutions and supportive policies at the regional, national and global levels
English to French: Building an export plan Detailed field: Business/Commerce (general)
Source text - English Once you have completed the export readiness checklist and you have established that your company is ready to export, the next step is to develop an export plan. Many companies are not successful in the international marketplace because they did not take the time to develop a comprehensive export plan. Right from the start the export plan should be viewed as a tool to assist companies, rather than an inert document kept in a filing system. The export plan should change as companies learn and gain knowledge in the field of exporting.
An important first step in the export plan is to ensure a commitment from all the staff involved in exporting, pertaining to:
• What the company wishes to achieve
• Its capabilities
• Its restrictions
In addition, the staff directly involved in the export process should all agree upon all aspects of the export plan, as they will be implementing the plan.
When an export plan is developed, it should be kept simple and should be in point form, since important market information and planning elements may not be available at the time of drawing up the initial export plan. The export plan will generate more information and understanding, as your company learns more about exporting and your company's competitive position in the global marketplace. This should be followed by an executive summary.

• Within two years after the A level, the institution provides the students with a university and vocational training sanctioned by a University Diploma in Technology (DUT) which is a straightforward professional outlet into the business management field.
• The awards could support their distance education program in Segosso (300 km from Bamako) and Sego (240 km). Teachers ply between two cities during 30 weekends within the two years; students carry on with their employments; they have “homework” related to their job. The requirements for admission are the same as for the programme offered in Bamako, i.e. Either A Level or High School Technician Certificate (BT).
