Der Werkzeugmanipulator transportiert die Press- u. Räumscheibe nach Bedarf von einer definierten Position an die entsprechende Position im Blocklader oder der Blockschiebevorrichtung.
Die Werkzeuge müssen während der Bewegungen des Werkzeugmanipulator sicher fixiert sein, so dass ein Herausfallen, Kippen oder Verrutschen ausgeschlossen ist.
Alle Bauteile sind so zu dimensionieren bzw. auszuwählen, dass ein sicherer und störungsfreier Dauerbetrieb gewährleistet ist.
6.2.3 Steuerung
Die elektrische Steuerung ist in eine vorhandene SIMATIC S7 zu integrieren. Die Anschaltung der dezentralen E/A, Absolutwertgeber, sowie der SW-Ventile geschieht über Interbus-S. Proportional-Ventile werden über Ventilkarten angesteuert, die in einem Schwenkrahmen in der Schaltanlage eingebaut sind.
