Hi !
My back ground is science (I was one of the translators for the Japanese version of an American science magazine) and I am a big fan of aviation.
And recently, I have been undertaking many medical device-related work, including the translation of STED, clinical and lab test reports and interpretation during PMDA audits.
Also, since my partner is a medical doctor, I would love to undertake more work in the area of Japanese - English medical translation.
Having said that, since I am fundamentally curious and love learning, new subjects are always welcome.
From FC&EV technologies, pharmaceutical & medical device to lumber and fish food, this job allowed me to learn on many subjects.
I am lucky enough to have experienced so many interesting things, such as the A380 and Bombardier hangers, slaughter house, audits(medical and pharmaceutical), conferences on fish, toy and auto, just to name a few.
Looking forward to working with you, helping your client understand.
The world still needs good interpreters/translators despite advanced technologies.
