Overtime
1. Overtime is if employee works more than the day set out in Article 10 paragraph 1 or works on weekly rest or on national holidays.
2. Overtime shall be done under emergency condition or if a work must be completed soon. Overtime shall be done based on the approval of Department Manager or ordered by an appointed authority by the Directors.
3. If any emergency situation requiring an overtime, employees are obliged to fulfill the Company’s demand to work overtime. For employee who can not work overtime due to urgent personal business may ask for permit from the Management or other management authorized thereto.

Kerja Lembur
1. Kerja lembur terjadi bila karyawan bekerja melebihi hari atau yang ditetapkan dalam Pasal 10 ayat 1 atau pada hari istirahat mingguan atau pada hari raya resmi/nasional.
2. Kerja lembur dilakukan dalam keadaan darurat atau jika suatu pekerjaan harus diselesaikan segera. Kerja lembur dilakukan berdasarkan persetujuan Manajer departemen atau perintah pejabat yang ditunjuk oleh Direksi.
3. Bilamana timbul suatu keadaan yang mengharuskan kerja lembur, para karyawan diwajibkan memenuhi permintaan Perusahaan agar mereka kerja lembur. Karyawan yang tidak dapat kerja lembur karena tak dapat menunda suatu urusan pribadi dapat memohon izin dari Manajernya atau pimpinan lain yang telah diberikan wewenang untuk itu.
