French to Hungarian: A tagállamok szociális biztonsági intézményei közötti követelések kimutatása
Source text - French Comme par le passé, chaque Etat membre établit sa situation des créances en sa qualité de créancier, avec distinction entre les créances faisant l'objet d'un règlement forfaitaire en application des articles 94 et 95 du Règlement n° 574/72, et celles qui font l'objet, en application des articles 93 et 96 du Règlement n° 574/72, d'un remboursement sur présentation d'une facture (montant effectif). C’est au niveau du présent rapport qu’une vue d’ensemble est donnée pour l’ensemble des Etats. Au niveau de leur situation créditrice bien sûr ; mais ce rapport permet également d’établir les différentes situations débitrices. Cette situation débitrice est donc construite à partir de toutes les notes nationales établies par les Etats en tant que créditeur. D’un autre côté, chaque Etat, en plus de sa situation créditrice connaît également sa situation débitrice vis-à-vis de chacun des autres. Théoriquement les deux points de vue doivent donner des résultats analogues. Ce n’est pas toujours le cas ; en dehors des éléments concrets permettant d’expliquer certaines différences, on doit malheureusement constater qu’il existe donc des cas ou, pour un couple de pays (créditeur – débiteur), l’état de la situation établie par le créditeur vis-à-vis de son débiteur ne coïncide pas avec ce que le débiteur pense être redevable à son créditeur ! Il s’impose donc que la tenue des créances, les échanges entre les pays permettent d’arriver à une meilleure connaissance mutuelle des créances et dettes de chacun.
Translation - Hungarian A követeléskimutatást a korábbiakhoz hasonlóan minden egyes tagállam hitelezői minőségében készíti el, és a kimutatásban különbséget tesz az átalányfizetési rendelet és a számla ellenében történő (tényleges összegen alapuló) megtérítés tárgyát képező követelések között. Ez a jelentés valamennyi államra kiterjedő, átfogó áttekintést biztosít. Ezt a jelentés természetesen hitelezői szinten teszi; de ezáltal ugyanakkor az egyes tartozáskimutatások elkészítése is lehetővé válik. Ez a tartozáskimutatás tehát az egyes államok mint hitelezők által kidolgozott nemzeti feljegyzéseket alapul véve épül fel. Másfelől az egyes államok hitelezői helyzetükön felül a más államokkal szembeni adósi helyzetüket is megismerhetik. Elméletileg a két szempontnak azonos eredményre kell vezetnie. Ez azonban nem mindig van így; a bizonyos különbségekre magyarázatot adó konkrét információkon felül sajnálatos módon olyan esetekre is fény derül, amikor két adott ország (hitelező–adós) tekintetében a hitelező által elkészített kimutatás nem egyezik azzal, amelyet az adós a hitelező felé fennálló tartozásának vél. Magától értetődik tehát, hogy a követelések vezetése és az országok közötti párbeszéd révén mindkét oldalról jobban megismerhetővé válnak az egyes országok követelései és tartozásai.

I graduated from Hungarian literature and linguistics at ELTE University, Budapest, then I spent two years studying professional translation from English and French into Hungarian. So I have two university diplomas in translation studies, one is specialised in EU-related texts.
I started giving translation services in 2004, first I worked as part time freelance translator beside teaching, then I became a full-time freelance translator.
In the first time I translated mostly EU-related text, directives, regulations and I gained a good practice in legal texts, as well. Then by receiving translation projects in various fields, marketing, media, education, commerce, I trained myself in these fields and now I am quite experienced in these kind of texts.
