I was born in Mexico City where I attended the University of Mexico, but came to the US to finish my Bachelor and Master's Degrees. Graduate degree in Organizational Behavior, and Communications. Also finished a Masters Degree in Technology Management.
I have been living continuously in the US for over 25 years.
Current specialty is Simultaneous Interpretation and medical and computer related Translations.
Areas of specialization are computing, health products, medical, legal and others listed in profile.
I have worked many years in computer related translations for organizations such as WordPefect, Novell, Powerquest (all original Utah companies), Dell, IBM, and other smaller companies.
I have also worked as a translator in non-computer related areas for International Organizations including Ford Motor Corp, the Government of Argentina, Nuskin, Tahitian Noni, the LDS Church and many others.
Have extensive experience making presentations in front of large groups such as conventions, multi-corporate gatherings, etc. I am very comfortable doing voice overs or being on camera. Have been in more than 20 movies with spoken roles. Best known movie I have been in with a personal spoken role is Disney's "Luck of the Irish". These experiences allow me to be perfectly at home when it is necessary to be in front of a very large audience. I do not get nervous or jittery! Something else that gives me confidence "on the floor" is the fact that I have taught and competed in dance for many years up to the present.
Extensive vocabulary in both English and Spanish.
