Dear Egyptian Translators,
As you can all see, I assume the responsibility of organizing this major event in Cairo. I am sure that all of us will enjoy meeting with each others to discuss so many aspects related to the translation process and to get to know each others well. I have been thinking for a place to hold the meeting at, and I came up with some suggestions, so please take the time to reply to me so that we can all agree to one location:

As you can all see, I assume the responsibility of organizing this major event in Cairo. I am sure that all of us will enjoy meeting with each others to discuss so many aspects related to the translation process and to get to know each others well. I have been thinking for a place to hold the meeting at, and I came up with some suggestions, so please take the time to reply to me so that we can all agree to one location:
1. Alzohour Club (15 pounds per non-members)
2. The Salah Eldeen Citadel (Just the entry ticket).
3. The Merryland (Just the entry ticket)
Please feel free to suggest other places you think more convenient.
As for the ceremonies, I suggest each one of us pays as little as 10 pounds to get softdrinks and tarts, cakes, etc. The 10 pounds can of course be minimized to 5 or 6 LE if the number of people exceeds 20 translators.
Again, these are just thoughts and not definite actions, so please share your thoughts with us. I hope all of us can act promptly to make this even a real success.

Based upon the request of some translators, I suggest 28th December for the gathering. If you agree to that date, please let me know so that we can confirm it. Also we need to agree to the location. Please give me your feedback.

Only 4 days and our Powwow meeting shall take place. We still have not confirmed the place in which the Powwow will be held. I suggest Al-Zohour Club. The ticket on that day would cost 15 pounds (to enter the club if you are not a member). Each one of us will pay for his own drinks of course at the club. I see that all of you are so busy, because you never reply to my postings!! Therefore, I suggest we postpone the powwow to another date! I so wanted to have this nice gathering but your response was not prompt so far!! I hope to hear from you soon.
