Studio 2011 update crashes

Hello everyone!

When I started SDL Studio 2011 yesterday, I got the message "TrueUpdate Client stopped working".
I established that this is the program that checks for updates (it runs upon Studio launch, or it can be run from the menu "Check for updates...").
When I display the error details, the name of the application that crashed is StudioUpdateClient.exe, version 3.5.2.0
The problem persists even today, after computer restart.
I'm running Windows 7.

I have the same problem, also since yesterday, with Studio 2014 on Windows 7.

I have not found any solution yet !
